I love to eat sushi and every sushi here is so delicious . I'm so happy because kabayan Emanuel is the one who assisted us. When we ask him to make another batch of nagiri he don't hesitate to do it. we definitely come back again. Thank you!

A great variety of sushi. We took the all you can eat deal. We had a lot of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

They transfer the Brazilian buffet to this branch, however it doesn’t seem that the servers here are aware.
In their instagram is advertised the “Daily Main Courses” and some extra Brazilian dishes apart from the buffet, but we weren’t offered this menu (only the Japanese one) and we had to base ourselves from their Instagram. Service was average, lack of attention. They seem lost. At the end, they wanted to force me to pay with cash.

This place is a small corner in the lobby, with a few tables tucked between the chillers. Don't expect any ambiance or service here. That said, the sushi quality for the price was great, and servers were friendly. Two or three guys are handling the customers but they are not seen, as they are the ones rolling the sushi too. Miso soup was available in soups, the flavour was great. For starters I received one tiny plate of deep fried cheese balls, two spring rolls (also cheese) and something else. For everything you have to get up and find servers and ask them. Do not come here for a dining experience, please, come here to strictly eat decent sushi on a budget. It's like a supermarket sushi station, but better in taste and cheaper as it's unlimited. The filling is generous, the rice is good, wasabi is blah so just take a good helping of it. Will I come back? Yes, if I'm close by - traveling here on purpose may disappoint you. Will I bring friends? Equally chilled out, who don't mind paying just for sushi and saving on service and experience

What a memorable evening at sushinations japanese restaurant

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible dining experience my friend shusma and i had at sushinations restaurant at latifa, from the moment we arribed until the time we left every aspect of our evening was simply superb.

The sushi’s are made with mayo and not creeam cheese, and in the all you can eat announcements says that the ice cream is included, but it’s not.

On instagram was 69 all you can eat, once we got there it was 89… Brazilian and plus sushi which was the same price. First and last time, definitely not recommending it to anyone!
Food was not good, so I spent 170+ and i left very frustrated.
At least all staff was nice.

Really good open buffet sushi; the variety is not the best but the food is good and clean. We liked it. Susma was great and helpful, she explained the new procedure clearly and was very attentive. I recommend.

I had the chance to try this place today with my girlfriend as we got persuaded by the “All You can Eat”. The Selection was varied and in all fairness taste really good. We enjoyed the food however we were let down a little bit by the service of the staff. When the food was served, there were always something missing in the items we have selected. When we were trying to follow-up, it took them quiet sometime to come back for our request. Some of the staff were ignoring us when we were trying to call their attention even if there were very less customers. Hence the 3 stars. Otherwise the food has been really lovely.

Sushi nations is my home, I love to eat here what they serve no 1 sushi restaurant in Dubai shusma is good in customer service.

The food is very bad, taste is nothing like sushi, we were so exited to come here. But disappointed ️ because of poor quality of food and service, the soya sauce is mixed with a lot of water so no taste at all.

Massive sushi fan here and I had high expectations because of the price and the sign saying “Rated best sushi in Dubai! ” Staff was welcoming, helpful and kind but there was also a miscommunication with the order and chef said there was tempura available if I order the fried assorted mix but there wasn’t.hence I had to force myself to eat supermarket ready made samosas (also horrible). Most of the sushi was bland and didn’t taste fresh (I feel like they didn’t make our sushi fresh and just had ones laying around given to us.) The ice cream was very generic and ice cream cone is also some cheap supermarket cone. Was still hungry but seriously didn’t want to waste my time eating their food anymore. I’m definitely not coming back or recommending this place to any of my friends. The photo is plates with leftover bits and pieces and chewed up “samosas” inside a tissue because it was that horrible.

It was my first time eating at Sushi Nation in Latifa Tower and I must say that the customer service is as exceptional as the food provided there. There were many variety of Sushi and Ramen dishes. And I'd like to especially thank Ms. Leira for taking care of us and attentiveness to our hefty order. It was a memorable afternoon!

Horrible tasting food and the only thing that’s worth the buffet price is the ice cream and the sushi that has cheese on it because all u can taste is the sweet cheese

Staff is very lazy to answer properly on the WhatsApp help line.
We had very tough time to reach them over the phone and when we finally got through we asked specific questions about the offerings and pricing and later we found out that we were cheated. First of all parking is a nightmare, had to drop my family and circle around till I found a spot. Cold reception and it is not a buffet as we were told but rather a tick list that they force you to take two pieces from the same kind then 4 pieces for the second round!
The quality is mediocre compared to proper sushi restaurants in Dubai like Hibachi & the likes.even when ticking from the list they kept bringing wrong items.the settings is in a lobby of a residential and office building.
When we asked for our bill it came higher than what we expected as they charged 89 instead of 69 per person, even though when we called over the phone a day earlier we were told 69 from 5PM till 11PM.
There was no manager to speak to and the poor waitress had to fetch for him over the mobile, he started yelling at me thinking I am a delivery pick up staff from Zomato.
I tried to reason with him and explain that they mislead us and we are not happy about the treatment we got, but he was so stubborn and did not want to empathize or take any action to correct their mistakes.
So visit at your own risk.

Is the worst place ever, bad, stinky and nasty food, definitely using frozen see food, no test no service, dirty kitchen the stuff are very rude, not wearing masks and very bad service and expensive the name has nothing to do with the real sushi, I don't recommend at all this nasty restaurant, don't let the place and the crowed full u because this s what happened to me, be sure that who ever had food there want come back for the 2nd time, is really very bad exprience, there's even no manager to talk to because they know what is it about.

I've tired many Japanese restaurants in dubai, and this one has surprised me with its freshness and ingredients quality. Exquisite taste and delicate preparation. Good service from staff specially Shusma. Price is in the mid-high range, i just wish they had more offers.

Definitely not true sushi restaurant. Lowest quality food, nothing tastes good and for AED 89/person what an insult to people who goes there expecting good sushi. Go try it for yourself if you want to try terrible food.

If I could give 0 start I would definitely do. Horrible place with horrible service, they accept order, got payment and place is close, great job. Thank god we are in dubai, and there so many amazing places. You definitely out of competition.

Very bad experience, not a real buffet you have to order to get your sushi, you have to wait hours to eat, the service are lost they running everywhere and forget everything, the restaurant is in a building lobby, very poor hygiene too, really don’t go there you will regret

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant Latifa Tower. The staff truly cares about your experience, specially to our Mr. Mark and Ms. Susma. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths.

It was one of my worst experience in a Dubai restaurant. I had been to the same branch earlier and service was pretty good when you choose the option of All you can Eat. This time around we were seated and the service assistant explanted the new process of ordering the Sushi by filling up the check list and how they would serve. We followed the process and placed the order in next 5 mins for the first round. Then the wait began. We waited for 20 mins before a wrong order was brought to our table. They apologized and took the item back to disappear for another 25 mins. We kept following up and they kept saying it's being prepared. I went to the counter and asked to speak with the manager and they refused to provide a contact number and then they kept giving excuses that they were busy and were talking some time to fulfill orders. I saw people arriving after us and being served. Even the take away orders were being fulfilled within 15 mins. After a total wait of 50 mins my daughter's order was brought in with only half the items that were selected. Now we were on a table where one person has food and the other person is watching.

Later they brought my order after 10 mins with only half of the items for which I placed the order.

I got serious and after an argument of 10 mins with the service agent, I was finally given the number (056 708 8201) of the owner/ manager.

The manager was away and could not come to the restaurant. I explained him the whole scenario and told him how bad the experience was at his restaurant and how we had come to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we were upset that his service team has ruined our evening. Instead of apologizing the guy on the phone asked us to leave the restaurant.

We left the place and decided to never return to such a place where they treat customers like this.

If any of you readers have had a similar experience and I am sure people would have them I guess you guys can contact the owner on the above number and share your experience with him.

Friendly Staff (Thank you for the service Niko) Fair Price. Nice Location. Fried Sushi is a must try! However food can be improved a little bit and i hope you can provide dedicated parking for customers soon.btw my kids also enjoyed our dinner here because of the udon and unlimited ice cream.

Super good service by Susma, the sushi variety is amazing and everything is freshly done! Even the noodles and fried section was super! Only 69 for lunch in the Center of DIFC! You go away happy and full! ️ highly recommended!

Have come multiple times. It can get busy so try to arrive earlier in the evening if possible. Awesome spot for a lunch date or business meeting with all you can eat.

The experience with Sushi Nation was great. Its a value for money. There a wide variety of choices. We were served by a very enthusiastic and cheerful server name Shusma. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family.

The sushi here is affordable, and delicious. I had come here to break my fast, yesterday, and I was instantly seated by the friendly waiters. The only complaint I have is with the Ramen, as it was not very good. If you love sushi, and want to save money, this is your go-to place. I WILL be back.

The restaurant is located at the ground floor of Latifa tower. It’s pretty basic.

Staff are super nice but it seems that they are out numbered. The number of staff compare to customers is very low which causes a bit of a slow service. But very nice people, specially Melody who was very kind and helpful to us.

Conclusion: terrible service, decent food.

There was no customer service at all. There was no explanation of how the bufet works, the drinks were cold and the options were limited.
There was terrible noise from construction workers in the building.

A place to enjoy the fresh sushi, very kind staff they explain to you all the secrets of their delicious food specially the guy Elliot he is so friendly. My kids enjoyed it and enjoyed the unlimited ice cream cones

The place is not clean the lighting is bad the food is not up to the rating given, they are faking the reviews on Facebook by deleting any negative feedback to get 5 out of 5, for me the rating makes me really want to try it so that disappointed me big time

Firstly, I would like to thank “Sushi Nations” chefs who make a fabulous and outstanding sushi meals. Sushi Nations is one of my favorite places in UAE, amazing food, humble and helpful staff, always fresh food. Least but not last, I would like to thank a lovely lady Liz, who was helpful and humble with us.

Not real sushi.its more rice rolls with basic filling like tuna, cream cheese or a crab stick. They did have very good quality Nigri and the Salmon on top was good and not stringy.but no Sashimi at all. Great helpful and polite staff.

Me and my friends had our iftar buffet here last thursday. Wasnt expecting much about this place but was surprised with the quality and variety of their sushis. No exceptions.all are appetizing. However the place needs an improvement. The setting of the tables and chairs, the lighting etc. Overall. It wasnt bad at all for 89aed iftar sushi buffet.

I am shocked at the ratings this place gets. Sadly there are no zero stars. I had to literally throw the food away, it was smelling that bad. I know it’s cheap and that may be the only reason it’s popular. It’s clearly for people who have zero expectations on food and don’t have a clue about sushi and what it is. I have no explanation. The soya sauce was watered down so much i thoughts it was vinegar. Guys, what the hell are you doing?

Mediocre experience. Small place which provides quantity over quality. Dry sushi and old ingredients (especially salmon). Dont recommend. Decent prices though.

Quite a good variety and good value for money, expect to share your table with others at peak hours, but with the food quality you wouldn’t care about this.
If you are a sushi lover then it’s a good place to go to!
