Susuru

Ordered from Susuru for delivery some time ago and it was very good service and a delicious Udon dish, loved it. The bubble tea also was great sweet touch afterwards

Absolutely awful restaurant, don't order here
Food is oily, not tasty, and the manager after complain will say, "This is perfect as per our standards"

نودلز سانوكي اودون المرقه مو قد كذا بس عجبني انو كانت مليانه خضار وفطر
سبايسي سامبل عيبها النودلز مطبوخه زيادة عن اللزوم ومتقطعه

This is the best Japanese noodles I’ve ever tasted, you can actually feel the goodness in every bite! I can’t get enough!

I ordered bubble tea via talabat (thru pick n pair) and mentioned that it would be provided by Susuru here in Abu dhabi (abu dhabi branch does not have any available way of I can drop a review). Doesn't even taste good at all And pearls were not cooked properly, still very hard to chew and there's hard part in the middle of pearls! Waste of money. Not even worth 1aed.

Its my first time to order at susuru restaurant but im so disappointed because they forgot to put the soup in my sanuki udon ramen…it is so dry …

Do you like mayonnaise? I mean do you love mayonnaise? Ok then this is your place. You’ll probably get something with your mayonnaise order but don’t hold your breath.

Was very overcooked and tasteless i took two bites and threw the whole thing & I WAS REALLY HUNGRY: (

For the first time order (order number 3613426), they forgot to deliver fresh orange juice and cutlery; I ordered for second time on the following day (order number 3621889), they forgot my fresh orange juice and Curley AGAIN……i was like: “ seriously? “

I ordered the chicken ramen and I would say the broth is very flavourful, and they included an ambulance of noodles, chicken, been sprouts and the fish cakes. I would say the only negative would be that the chicken tasted tough, they weren’t tender pieces, likely just sautéed in a pan quickly.
