I got an appointment for 2 PM after waiting months for an appointment And now that I've shown up at 2 there's no one here. No one is answering the phones either. It's so hard to book a service with these guys - no one answers the phone ever.
It was a great experience to visit the Suzuki Deira Service Center the staff was very much cooperative and supportive specially there Manager Mr. Arslan Sameer and there services are perfect as like the brand name Suzuki
Special Mention to Mr Arslan. His the branch manager whom helped me fixed my problem as soon as possible same day as I went there. Since mr car is new and I accidentally made a scratch from the barrier in parking, Mr arslan and his helper helped me to resolve it and wiped the scratch to make new as same like before. Thanks Suzuki Sheikh zayed, more power ️

I went to buy some parts. It was super quick, staff is very informative and guides us on our purchase.you need any Suzuki parts Richard is the person you should meet.
It has been a little over three years I purchased a suzuki swift. From day one I felt fully at ease with Mr Khalid and his team. Always sincere, helpful, fast, good service & good advice. No hidden charges. I have purchased so far a service contract and twice insurance.
Within the first two months of the purchase I was involved in a big accident that nearly destroyed my car. Mr Khalid was the best support in this difficult moment. He made sure insurance approvals were in place and he also managed to give me back the car brand new right before the Christmas break without me even requesting.

Bought a brand new jimny from Suzuki complaint 2 times about the side mirror being loose.they ignored twice to change although should be covered in warrany since it has manufacture fault from the moment bought. While driving the mirror fell off and took it to the them and instead of changing after 2 complaints registered, they told us that someone hit the mirror and broke it and refused to change again. Worst service centre and extremely unproffesional. They think i was begging for a new mirror when its theyre fault it fell off since i complained twice and they did nothing. Service manager and his team are extremely unprofessional and i do not recommend anyone dealing with this centre

Khaled and his team are super amazing! Excellent customer service and very friendly. I lost a card down my centre console, and they sorted it out for me in less that 20 minutes! Very impressed!
I would like to thanks Suzuki - Al ROSTAMANI for the service, Especially Mr Ibrahim for his upscale and honest behavior on his appointments, and also for his time. Just he wait for me 10 minutes after his duty (closing time) to complete the car delivery transaction for me due to my delay in arriving before the required time. Overpriced service, visited the spare parts counter 5 times, spares not available and order not possible (differential drain plug and fill plug washer and o-ring / transmission cooling hose / radiator clamp) i ended up ordering spares from japan megazip.net / don't reply with a phone number, just improve your spares parts availability
My car had an accident so i had to take it here for repairs. It was my first time becoz normally i take my car for service in deira showroom.which i love. My insurance wasnt nice at all (will wrote that review also), but after they authorized the repairs.i couldnt get any update on when my car will be fixed. I had to call the suzuki staff everyday and she says she will call me for an update.which she didnt do. Kept reminding her that i live in ajman and have to use taxi during my morning shifts coz there r no buses operating then. Its now close to 2wks and she has promised car will be ready on sun/mon.will update if thats true. Car was ready a day earlier. Picked it up today.sun.
They do not even have simple spare parts, like windshield wipers in stock. That is the price the customer has to pay, when unqualified people get hired.
Great and fast Quality service. Had my major maintenance here and Kathryn was very helpful enough to accommodate us and explain the needed work to be done. Also, it's the place where they can do body repairs. It's a less crowded place than the Deira one if you do not mind the drive.
I just recently service my car for a supreme car wash but the result was very disappointing. I suggest Suzuki Deira, the car wash service is very good and you have no reason to complain. I won't come back in this service center anymore.
