Never go to this garage.the repair is very bad.do not sign any paper until you inspect your car carefully.you will pay huge price for replacement of the part, but they will only repair the damaged one.they will only cover the damaged parts.it is a scam.do not trust them if they told you that they will follow up with agency to bring spare part.do not deal with this garage.the service is katchara.

I was in need of a thorough service for my car due to a long overdue maintenance schedule, and I am grateful for the services that they provided, as my car passed its renewal without any hassle at all.

From receiving my car until it was released, Ms. Leriza took care of all the follow-up and coordination smoothly and ensured that our time was never wasted because she handled all the follow-up and coordination in a professional manner without any stress on our part. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with her colleagues is absolutely laudable!

My car was well taken care of by the staff, and they ensured that they didn't miss any detail since they knew what they were doing. Definitely a positive experience. Bought a Van with a 'warranty' that is supposed to cover any defects within 6 months or 10,000 kms. Immediately faced an issue with the gearbox, complained and was asked to send the vehicle for inspection at their shatjah workshop, they kept the vehicle for 1 month and returned it claiming that they'd fixed it. The gearbox is still broken and another shop says that only a full replacement will solve the problem. We raised the issue and no solution is given, vehicle has been out of service for the past 2 months, we bought this vehicle to work not to sit in the shop!

Their post sales response is so pathetic that now think I have no other option but to cough up the money for this expensive repair because their response is taking ages and I'm losing money every day that the vehicle is out of action.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS DEALER

I purchased a pre-owned (renault fluence) car from them.and while under 1 year warranty I sent the car for AC problem.they said it is fixed by refilling AC gas.twice after that the same untill warranty was over then we found that AC evaporator is damaged and should have been replaced.now the coast of evaportaor only is alomost half the price of the car. I am really disappointed.

Not only selling the car but afterwards help from booking service to getting additional keys. Really genuine and Mr. Sameer is the best guy to deal with.

This is one or actually the sole honest and decent car dealership in Dubai I was able to find.
Sales prices are reasonable. So are the offers for buying a car. Obviously they also make a little profit.

Worst experience ever. Before I buy Nissan xtrial from them in mid of April 2019. They says they sell quality cars. 1st when I see car that time it have 2015 model tyres but after I purchase and transfer and drive to home I come to know tyres changed to 2015. Then I complain they change Tyre again 2018 because I see if I do not see then they who cares. Today car brakes start Making issue. It start giving sound brakes not working. So highly disappointed on quality of cars they are selling. They says they sell best quality cars by taking from market but i do not believe anymore.
