The entire experience was absolutely horrendous! The product kit turned out to be nothing like what was promised, and to make matters worse, it arrived incredibly late, taking twice as long as expected. I reached out to the sales department, but they completely ignored me, it was horrible

I would never recommend better loops and saddle chair than the Univet loops and Sally chair.

Best loupes company in U. A. E, from the quality, the performance, taking care of small details to give An amazing loupes, mr abdulrahamn he is the best from day one calling me and taking the measurements until I receive my loupes he is taking care of every single detail, he is outstanding

Having dealt with hundreds of professional companies as the owner of a clinic, I feel compelled to address my issue with this company.
I have never come across such an arrogant, obnoxious and difficult company to do business with.
I ordered a product and was informed by their representative that it would be delivered within a certain timeframe. However, this was not the case so I cancelled the order as it did not arrive in the timeframe as specified verbally by their representative.
Having cancelled the order, they refused a refund - suggesting it was the issue of their third party and I should address them directly. However, on speaking with the third party, Toothpick they informed me that it is the responsibility of Swan to simply confirm the refund and they will kindly issue.
On calling Swan, I was met with verbal aggression and threatened that if I did not accept the item, that I had already cancelled, they would take legal action and indeed fine my company.

It is incredulous that such a company would intimidate clients in such a way.

Having had no resolve we then placed an honest review on Google, I received this email response from the company.

……‘“We will also claim compensation for the damages caused to the company with a minimum of 5,000AED/ day for each day the review was there”….

I have no intention of disrespecting this company, their representatives or product rather I simply ask for honesty and transparency.

I still await their response.

Delivery experience is good but in the app has less feature like, Deleting the prescription records, as the doctors made changes or prefer substitutes for the medicines.

It was very bad experience, 4 months and I didn't receive my Loupes, I don't recommend to deal with this company.
