I have taken marma treatment for my back pain in swasthya ayurveda.my technician is Saritha. It's really effective. Highly recommend Dr. Jayaraj vaidaya group and my technician Saritha. The doctor is very professional.

I was not satisfied with the service as it didn't meet my expectations. Initially I consulted the doctor for neck and shoulder pain. The doctor diagnosed the issue through Varmam and recommended 10 days therapy. I thought the therapy will be Varmam, but the masseurs did normal therapy instead of Varmam, so I got temporary relief only. The issue is that the doctor knows about Varmam but the masseurs don't.

Had 10 great sessions to treat my neck, back bone, shoulders, knees & legs.will be more than happy to have additional sessions with them. 2 very professional nurses helped me; Haritha for 5 sessions & Princy for other 5 sessions.both girls were very professionals, devoted & delicate. Would recommend them for all patients & will be happy to deal with them again.

I was referred to Swasthya’s Dr Jayaraj by one of my friends. I went there with acute lower back pain, got great relief with 10 days of continuous treatment. Also would love to mention about the therapy staff, specially Bhaviyaaa. Happy to recommend!

I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain for quite some time and underwent a 10 days treatment under Jayaraj Vaidya and therapist Sarita. I am much better and this treatment helped me a lot. My sincere thanks to Jayaraj Vaidya and therapist Sarita for giving proper attention and relieving me of my pain.
I will highly recommend Sarita as she is too good.
Also recommend therapist Kanan as my husband went to him for a massage and is too good too.

I had sinus problems and I went to Swasthya Ayurveda clinic. Dr. Divya Menon& Jeyaraj vaithiya had given the treatment. He has some magic in his hands and stimulated the pressure points in the head. Great experience. Akhil was extremely accomodating. Timings were flexible and overall my back feels much better. I chose the 10 days session for lower back pain and by the end of it was almost pain free. They tell you to do certain stretches and strengthening exercises to completely be pain free in a couple of weeks.

I had severe neck and shoulder pain and was struggling for more than 2 weeks trying to subside the pain via pain killers. Then I went for a consultation with Dr Jayaraj he did a quick 10 minute assessment of my muscle stiffness and neck pain and recommended a 10 day package and promised me that within a week I will feel the difference.

The best part of the treatment was my therapist Kannan. He is very friendly and did a very professional massage for 10 days without any compromise and made sure all my muscle pain subsided. He thought me good stretching exercises which are really keeping my pain down.

The whole experience was really impressive and would definitely recommend this place.

From my experience, it was a good treatment sessions from Doctor by properly understanding the root cause and giving marma massage. I could not sit properly due to my lower back pain, within two days I could sit properly and within 10 sessions, I was relieved so much that my body pain was reduced a lot. Aswathy was a good massager and she gave me proper advice of the treatment. It was a friendly atmosphere and we never feel that we are a patient or in a hospital.

Therapist Appu was treated me, he is is very professional and always ensures that there is a sense of direction in our sessions, a purpose. He also happily gives guidelines about topics to think about on my own. This helps make progress faster.

I was a migraine patient for almost 13 years, which is a severe headache that affects more than one in ten people these days. I have been going to this ayurvedic centre for the past two years. The centre provides a very cosy atmosphere with a light music relaxing you, as you are going through the massage. I was really spectical going for a body massage. Due to severe back pain and shoulder pain I went to meet dr jayaraj doctor advise it’s high time I have to take massage. My massage was done by Miss Remya, I would say she is the best and she was so caring and ask everyday how is the pain and did everything she could subside my pain. I would say my pain have reduced a lot and I will be taking a package again.

There should be more involvement of Mr. Jayaraj and Doctor to know the progress n results of the treatment, if not healed to advise further on the right treatment else won’t make any difference with already crowded place in Dubai with such centers.

All I can say is that am very thankful that God lead us and show us the way to this center.

We came to this center with my husband sitting on a wheelchair the following day we get out of hospital as he cannot walk nor grab a single thing with his right hand.
His right upper and lower limbs were badly affected, having no power at all.

Now after several treatments, he can barely hold a pen and write some words, gradually hold a cup of water and drink by himself. He is also walking without any assistance!

Its been 3 years as of now i have an issue with my right side of the body, usually i get tamper on my hand and a bit of neck and back pain. As i am into fitness alot this issue i always been ignoring it.but recently it got bothered me alot. Swasthya was recommended by my friend and after seeing the doctor and he shown me the reason of the health issue i had, i took a chance to get it treated there and it was my best decision made.not 100% cured but i would say 80% am fine now. No Medicine purely natural and no side effects.i would like thank the team Rathish, Sri. Jayraj and rest of the crew who take care of me in this period.

Professional staff. Had issue with my shoulder for long time. Hence, tried alternative treatment.

Tried 10days session, first 3 days was very painful and I wanted to quit. However, 7days onwards I started feeling much better and the pain was reducing.

Worth trying for those who have not had success with pain killers and medicines etc.

I was suffering from skin issues for more than 7 months and then I came to know about swasthya ayurveda doctors. My problems went away in 3 weeks where western medicine practitioners said that there are no cure for skin issues. I highly recommend the doctors.

I'm very much satisfied with their hospitality. My treatment went well & i feel soo much better now compared to day 1. My therapist Ajesh was really friendly & flexible to work with.

Front desk staff were very polite and the massage was great. However, during the consultation, the doctor didn’t sanitize his hands before touching my face and body, and was touching his phone and taking calls throughout my appointment, he also didn’t wear his mask, it was tucked under his chin and the other doctor had it on but wasn’t wearing it properly over her nose. Both the doctors are visibly overweight, they don’t look healthy themselves. Ironically, they offer slimming treatments too The massage attendant also didn’t wear the mask properly.

I was hoping to get some relief for an autoimmune condition called Myasthenja Gravis, the only thing they could suggest was paying 4200 AED for a 12 consecutive day intensive treatment. There was no other suggestions relevant to other areas affecting the disease such as better sleep, boosting immune system, etc.

Many of the reviewers on this company tend to have 1 review or 2 reviews in their account only, seems like a red flag. It was a very expensive visit for the little that they gave. Seems like their specialty may be pain management

I visited the place for muscle aches I had throughout my body. Had 10 sessions treatment with them and it really helped make my body more relaxed and less tired. Staff is very caring and tries to understand your requirements.

This is my regular place for wellness. Atleast once a week I make a visit to Swasthya. It's the best way to rejuvenate your body. My ordeal with shoulder & wrist pain began a month ago owing largely to improper posture and prolonged usage of laptop during lockdown. I tried to find relief through orthopedics and physio but knew I would have to keep at it indefinitely. It was at this juncture that my husband suggested Swasthya based on his successful treatment and I must admit that this has been a revelation in terms of how the doctors along with the entire staff came through for me. I feel a lot better and will continue my association with them.
