Amazing cakes! I always order the molten chocolate cake for dinner parties and it’s always a crowd favourite!
Their staff are lovely. Order from Chat-food and call them if you need anything its always easier than delivero

I would mainly talk about the cake I ordered. (Ube Macapuno) It was very fresh, really delicious, whort for the price. Everyone praised it.
The delivery was fluent, accurate however my notice was it did'nt arrived in the chiller vechile.
Positive is the discount with all orders.
There are 2 negative experience as well: no available accessories (sparkle candle or gift card), for far location minimum order with delivery fee what wasn't include in the price.

I've decided to order from this place after reading alot of good recommendations from a group page. So I ordered it online. And I was not disappointed, as there cakes are really good (some are not on the photo). Its a must try!

This is really a recommended cake shop. If you are looking for a legit silvanas or sansrival. This is really the place I can think of.

We also order our colleagues birthday cake from here. Absolutely worth it!

You have to put something in the cake board before placing the cake that it won’t be slipped. Let your delivery team to be extra careful when delivering the cake. For the quality packaging all is perfect, taste as I can see it’s tempting and looks delicious.

I purchased Pistachio Sansrival but little did i know that it's not a sponge cake. Ideally the staff should inform what kind of cake is it, she should have mentioned that it's a meringue cake and not a sponge cake. It was extremely disappointing as we do not prefer such cakes and it was hard to cut also. It ruined our occasion. Writing on the cake was not at all professional and the spelling of anniversary was also wrong on the cake. Very bad experience and the cake is not low priced, so the least we expect is that the writing on the cake is done nicely and without spelling mistakes. There was no one in the store so the staff could have explained I am picking what type of cake and writing should have been done beautifully without spelling mistake.

Bought a blueberry cheesecake for our leaving officemate. My rating is 3.5 but no option for that so I’d go with 3.

Appearance —> the additional edible flowers and sprinklers ruined the classy design of the cake.

Taste —> coz the sweetness was just right, but coz the cream cheese mixture was too heavy.

Pistachio Sansrival was superb yummy.but the staff behaviour was not professional at all.the way the birthday wish was written on cake was not looking good and hence I asked them to atleast put a border to it atleast.she refused it by saying that they always do it like that and atlast after asking so many times she took it inside and done it.the store was not busy also on that time.

I ordered Ube Macapuno, Ube Sansrival, Ube roll and Brazo de Mercedes for my husband's birthday online. Their cakes are amazing! Among the cakes which I've ordered, my husband loved the Ube roll the most; definitely a must try!

I am also pleased with their delivery service. I admire Sir Gerald's patience and kind assistance. Kudos to the team! God bless your business all the more.

It was a disaster experience where the orded birthday cake was never delivered for hours that it had to cancelled. They kept promising with so many excuses but nevertheless it never came. Do not trust them for any of your special events other than your expectation is to be totally disappointed!

My wife and I became a regular costumer's since we had a great experienced "literally Indulged". Being greeted by their staff is very accommodating, our celebrations at Church/Home & Office would never be complete without Ube macapuno cake was absolutely perfect. Then, once the cake was cut and everybody started eating, people could not stop talking about how delicious it was. Everyone wanted to know where we got it. The cake was so moist and was amazing. "Sweet Indulgence House of Cakes" created an awesome cakes in our Church Anniversary yearly without fail.

Their staff is very accommodating, specially ate Jheen, our celebrations at home would never be complete without either coffee sansrival, cashew sansrival or ube macapuno cake?

Love their cheesecakes, must try. They also have a good collection of biscuits and other cakes. A little pricey but tasty.

We first found out about this awesome place when a friend brought Ube Macapuno for my birthday. We absolutely loved the cake and made a point to find where this bakery and restaurant was located. The place is well decorated. The staff super friendly and accommodating. You can tell they are happy at what they do and their place of employment. We were surprised to find out they served regular food as we assumed it was just a bakery. Another surprise was that they have a buffet from Monday to Sat from 5pm to 10pm. It is 25AED for the buffet and they always have 1 type of noodle, rice and 2 dishes plus all you can eat 4 different types of dessert. It includes softdrinks or bottled water. The best part about the buffet is that it has that home cooked taste. You know the kind that has a lot of love and care like mom used to make. We feel at home when we are at Sweet Indulgence. One thing that is a bit of a negative is the place can get warm. They share a centralized AC with the main building which means it is controlled by the main building. Not necessarily the restaurants/bakery's fault but it can still get uncomfortable. Still it doesn't stop us from ever coming back. You have to try the cake it is what they are well known for.
