Had my first haircut with Firas on long hair, I can highly recommend him. He is definitely what we call hairstylist and had really good technic too. I am very happy with my hair cut. Lovely salon, parking, area Tecom.

I love coming here. I’ve had mani pedis all over Dubai and usually it’s quite ok but just not great. At sweet lily the salon staff are perfectionists and it’s not just good it’s amazing. Highly recommended

The staff doesn’t know anything here and it took me 2.15 hours to just get the full arms waxing, eyebrows and pedicure done. Wrong wax was used on my skin two times and it irritated my skin. The salon has spacious facility but the service is disappointing. I was mad for ruining the experience for me.

Tried the revitalizing facial for the first time with Berley! She is amazing and the salon is also good and other staff is very friendly.

I would usually just cope and rarely do anything for my face on the long-term. However, after months of debating over the revitalizing facial, I finally decided and tried it.
I was nervous as I have never done this treatment before, and I have had a few pigmentation flares this year that have left my poor face traumatized. Valerie did a fantastic job. The place was clean, quiet and peaceful.
Not all my skin concerns were eliminated with the blink of an eye, to be honest, yet the difference it made in the tone and texture of my skin was highly remarkable. I can see a huge change right after the treatment.
Yes, my skin still breaks out. But those pimples heal faster and leave no traces of their existence behind. I can vouch 100% attributable to this product and it's good to know that the oil isn't irritating my skin.
Regardless of how that goes, this treatment will be a permanent step at least every 2 months as my skincare routine.

Waste of money on Body Wrap & Body Scrub, better to buy the scrub in supermarket and do it your own. Body scrub & Body Wrap took only 15 mins. When you shower the bath soap is Johnson shower gel. Swedish massage is satisfying. Thank you Cheryl for a good massage.

Very nice salon. I had groupon offer 30mins foot massage, mani and pedi for 125aed. (+30aed for adding gelish mani instead of normal one). Nails artist KIM is great! Super clean and accurate manicure and polishing! Bravo! Also, their receptionist is a sweetheart.

The one star is not for the facial but for the lack of professionalism of the reception managing the bookings. The facial was 4* but lasted 45 minutes instead of 1 hour.
I was called the day before my appointment to confirm and then the receptionist insisted that I had to be on time because there was another appointment scheduled afterwards. Result: I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes in front of their closed doors. I really don’t like such lack of respect for other people’s schedules, especially if these people are customers who paid upfront for a service. It is true, what seems cheap might cost you more. I had to pay a taxi to arrive on time as they asked!
When at the end of the facial I told the receptionist I was disappointed, she said she was sorry but didn’t really seem like.
I’ll consider twice if it makes sense to come back.

I had heard that the facials at Sweet Lily were nice so I decided to give it a try.

One hour prior to my first appointment, the receptionist called to say that I'd need to reschedule. No reason was given, even after I explained that I was already on my way.

The second time I booked, the receptionist confirmed with me the agreed upon time, but booked the wrong time in her system, calling me and saying that I'd missed my appointment.

The customer service is awful. Think twice before spending time, money and energy here.

I came in for a body scrub/ body wrap appointment and also for gelish mani/pedi with removal.

The receptionist was professional and i found the place easily.

In brief: the salon is falling apart- extremely old and not looked well after. The salon is 8 years old and has not been renovated at all. Towels are stained and damaged or bleached, non of the taps are working.

Let me talk briefly about the treatment. The therapist was lovely and did a good job scrubbing me, after applied the mask all over my body. The problem is that the products are so cheap. Dragon Mart standard. When the time came to wash off the mask (muddy consistency) the water in the shower was cold and there was no water pressure in the shower. The flipflops that were given to me to walk to the shower were the old and worn out completely- gross.

The nails: in the end the result if satisfactory. But it took foreeeever to get my nails done. Firstly they charge you for your gelish remover but they use cheap acetone, that does not dissolve the gelish properly. So the technician had to file my nails till the core- ouch! So unhealthy and unprofessional not to use the appropriate gelish remover. Had to ask to change the therapist Kim to somebody else as she was sooo slow. The new therapist was a but faster but it still took me about 2 hours to get my nails done- really? !

Anyway, to summarize- do not expect much from the place. Great staff, hardworking but not experienced enough and the standard of the service vert average or even less. The place is falling apart and wont allow you to feel pampered and relaxed. I guess what you pay is what you get.

Firas is brilliant with hair cuts and color. His hair styling is also a must.besides that, the mani pedi packs are awesome

Deep cleansing and hydration facial treatment: I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the experience I had with Berly. She’s professional, knowledgeable and have an excellent technique. I totally recommend her. I’d definitely come back!

Well relaxed and happy with my manicure and pedicure session at Sweet Lily Salon, had a relaxing ambience and individual approached. Incredibly impressive services from a well trained and well mannered staffs and very affordable prices. They’re the best salon I’ve ever had! My Dubai life is not complete to miss a two visits in a month (I know I’m obsessed). Thanks a ton Sweet Lily Salon esp Blessy (you’re the best!) for taking great care of me. Marian, you’re a star! Hello! I visited the salon yesterday with my groupon - very excited. I got a manicure & pedicure done. However, my manicure was not done well AT ALL. It was not cleaned, shaped & my cuticle were still sticking out. Moving on, my gel nail polish was done horrendously! Mind you, I got my GEL polish done yesterday, 5 of the tips have already chipped off. Although i DID in fact tell the lady know I do not like the application, which obviously a excuse was given.

However, I cannot complain about my pedicure! It was done very well but unfortunately I do not remember the lady's name.

I am very disappointed in the manicure service!
