I am the owner of an apartment in the Marquis 2020 building, where I reside. I have a designated parking slot that is partially under a balcony. Recently, I noticed marks on my car that seemed to be coming from the balcony above.
After discussing the issue with the car wash staff and conducting checks with the building security, it was determined that the marks were 'acid marks. ' Despite efforts to wash them away, the damage persisted. I took my car to the service professionals, who confirmed the need for a repair costing 700 AED.
I promptly communicated my concerns via email to Symbosis, but while they provided some insights, no permanent solution was offered. The building security suggested I park elsewhere in the lot, if available. However, there is uncertainty about the availability of alternative slots, and the risk of losing my current designated space is worrisome.
I question why Symbosis has not officially warned residents about potential risks and damages. I find it disheartening to have paid 700 AED for repairs without any resolution or accountability from the residents above my parking slot. They have not acknowledged the issue, apologized, or indicated any intention to cease using acidic chemicals during balcony washing.
I am left wondering where I will park my car, and despite my efforts in raising concerns via email, Symbosis has not presented a satisfactory solution. I am disappointed with the lack of problem-solving and resolution from Symbosis thus far.

Empire Heights Towers in Business Bay: parking is awful: no proper light in B1, B2 floors. Dust layer is 5mm now, no parking wash for many years. Iron is getting out of concrete… needs a lot of improvement?
This company manage Samana Greens building in Arjan. Most useless Association Management Services ever. Whenever there is an issue, they ask to contact the apartment's owner and do not make any effort to check if there is an issue in the building common area. After days or weeks, when the situation gets worst, and the leakage and mold is everywhere, they will send someone who will not have enough resources to solve the issue. Stay away from any building that is managed by these guys. I feel sorry for the owners who trusted their money with these incompetent people.
I would say this is the one-stop solution for all building management services. Moreover, its ground-level staff is trained, experienced, and polite. Their service is always scheduled promptly and they arrive on time. I can say One of the best owner association management company in Dubai
