تجربة سيئة والموظفين غير متعاونين ابدا. دخلت استفسر عن موضوع العمالة المساعدة والموظفة اللي في الاستقبال تطالعني نظرة غير ترحيبية ولما سالتها قالت لي هم نظامهم مافي كفالة شخصية ولما طلبت منها اني اجلس مع احد الموظفات استفسر واشوف السيفيات وشو المتوفر عندهم من العمالة المساعدة قالت لي (هالشي بس حق ال expats تقصد الوافدين المقيمين وانا قالت لي نزلي التطبيق ودوري لج وحدة واختاري وهم بيتواصلون معاج وبس ماعرف متى بيتواصلون! بالله عليكم هل هذا اسلوب احترافي في التعامل مع متعامل رايح يستفسر عن حاجة؟؟ واذا ما يبغوني اكلم موظف ولا موظفة من اللي متواجدين على الكونترات ليش حاطينهم من الاساس؟؟؟ وليش انا كمواطنة مالي حق ايلس مع الموظف وبس انزل التطبيق واختار وانتظر دهر لين يردون علي والوافد بس هو اللي مسموح له يجلس مع موظف الكاونتر شو السالفة ممكن حد يفهمني ويرد علي لان حسيت كاني انطردت بس بطريقة غير مباشرة واني غير مرحب فيني فالمكان من الاساس!

The only thing I regret is that I didn't have the chance to know about their services before. You made our lives so much easier, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I can't but thank them for their exceptional service and unwavering commitment to their clients! No matter what time of day or night I've had questions or needed assistance, they've always been there to help. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of domestic worker services.

Even one star is to much for this kind of service!
We paid all the fees to bring maid from Philippines. Even we gave her from our side, no need to search.
Sales person by name Mohammed told us on November 2021 she will come.
Now is March 2022, and she still in Philippines. They are just telling us "TOMORROW" but then not responding the calls.
I came by myself there to check the reason, but no one gave me a clear answer, again they are saying tomorrow tomorrow.
Once i said transfer my money back to my account, they just said OK and close the phone!
How does it possible have this such a bad service in Dubai?
I AM NOT RECCOMENDING JUMEIRAH BRANCH TO ANY ONE
ONLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I reached the place before closing by 15 mins and they reject to serve me, any place accept the transaction as you put you leg inside it even before closing by 1 mins.
