من أفضل تدبير تعاملت معاهم مع اني ما توفقت مع الخادمة لكن تعاملهم جدا جميل وبالسهولة تستطيع استرجاع مبلغك و كان تعاملي من موظف اسمه محمود الحريري يفهمك كل شي من البداية
و تعاملت مع محمود في تخليص أوراق مثل تعديل وضع الخادمة و غيره جبتها من مكتب ثاني

Very bad customer service, I’ve been trying to get a maid for few months now and they always say we don’t have! Then why are you open? The people you deal with sound not interested in working.

BAD BEHAVIOR STAFF FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.ever never i will recommend this branch to my family or friend.

They sent a maid who had lice infestation. Very bad hygiene standards. Customer service were not understanding at all.

يستحق الاخ محمود كل التقدير اذ يتعامل مع المتعاملين ويقدم الخدمة بكل امانة بطريقة تعكس ان هناك جودة في تقديم الخدمة من جانبه وتوفيرها للمتعاملين بكل يسر وسهولة.

من افضل المراكز للعاملات صراحه ثلاث مرات تعاملت وياهم و مدير المركز جدا جدا متعاون و طيب والموظفين قمه التعامل الطيب والعاملات عندهم ممتازاااااااااااات

ماشاءالله الخدمه ممتازه وراقين بالتعامل وسرعه الانجاز يستحقون التقديروالاحترام والمركز يستاهل الزياره لحسن التعامل الممتاز?

المكتب سيء ويعلمون العامله ان بعد فتره ٦ شهور عادي ماتشتغل زين وبنفس الوقت لمًا ترجعونها المكتب اقول ابى اشتغل عشان مايتحملون تكلفه الارجاع والعميل يطفش، وخصوصا الموظف عاطف المسؤول عن الشكاوى

خدمة مميزة انصح بهذا المركز. الموظفين جدا محترمين بالتعامل. و ما اعجبني اكثر انهم يحرصون على حقي لدي العاملة و يحرصون على حق العاملة لدي. و هذا انصاف يشكرون عليه. خذ حق و اعطي حق تكون جميع الاطراف راضية.

الخدمة المقدمة ممتازة ، خاصة إذا كنت انت تعامل الخادمة بشكل جيد وارتكبت الخادمة خطأ ، فهم يقومون بمتابعتها و التحدث معها بطريقة سلسة ثم تتغير الخادمة تماما إلى الأفضل ، بالطبع الخادمة إنسانة وشركتها غير قادرة على التحكم في عقلها إذا أرادت أن ترتكب خطأ ، ولكن بالنسبة لهم من السهل التأثير عليها و تغييرها للأفضل ، نحن سعداء جدا مع خادمتنا الآن وسعداء من مركز هوم كير.

Very UNACCEPTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL way to treat the premium customers. My sister hired a maid from Tadbeer Home Care and has been paying 3150 monthly for a very disappointing and shameful work. My sister who works 8-9 hours a day and my sick mom live alone, the maid was treated very well, has been eating the best food in the market, gifted many things (makeup, phone, high quality clothes, bonuses to motivate her, and more) just in order to take care of our SICK MOM and take care of the apartment. I came from Germany to visit them and I was shocked with the laziness, careless about the cleaning and organizing the stuff at home. But we forgot about it just for our MOM because she the (maid) always shows us how much she loves our mom and want to stay with her, for the stupidity of the situation my sister was told at the REALLY END from Tadbeer that the maid reported to the office she was hit by our mom 3 times and we were never informed by the maid or Tadbeer (no one knows what plans she had in her mind). The maid decided to quit the job after my sister BROKE HER LEG and had to stay home for a while, she couldn’t take all the job requests by someone who is not sick and to be at home all the time and see what she is doing at her home, she deleted all her pictures on Instagram to show that she was never given off days. In fact she was allowed to take a walk and do sports everyday after she finishes her work, also an off day every weekend because this’s her right… afterwards we do not recommend this office to anyone who cares about their family and home since they never investigated about this situation which shows that they do not care about the service that they are paid for BUT ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!

مركز خدمة سىء الموظفون منشغلين بالحديث مع بعضهم ولا يهتمون بالعملاء اكثر من نصف ساعة انتظار ثم غادرت لمركز خدمة اخر

I contacted them to get maid but i was surprised with the customer service quality it's really bad, no follow up and they ignore my request. Why?

Agen is playing game with us very rude on phone. I just waste my time. This is not acceptable. Not recommendable agency at all.

I am not recommending them at all, their employees are not supportive at all, their home maid are disqualified for working, I was in another Arabian gulf countries and the offices their train all maid not depending in certain nationalities before bringing them to customers, they ONLY offer training for Indonesian house maid and when you release that the maid dont know how to switch on room light or open fridge door they will tell you that you are the one who choose this girl and you know before that she is new! I consider this as the most rude answer that I could ever hear, if their maid lie or ruined any precious item in your home, even in the test period, they will tell you we can’t do anything for you even not blaming her also they bring the house maid with a tradesman visa for only one month and let you pay fee (penalty for late in residency), they only looking for your money regardless your comfortably

Although I didnt proceed with the maid i chose but i want to specify that the team is really supportive and they care alot.

This Tadbeer is really very very bad. I don’t recommend anyone to order from them. They’re careless, they lie and have very bad customer service. I ordered a house maid, it took almost three months although they promised me she will arrive within two to three weeks only.

خدمة سيئة و الموظفين ما يعرفون عملهم. امس راح لهم زوجي حق معاملة وعلى انهم دفعوه اكثر لان عن طريق تدبير. ولأننا مستعجلين جدا قبلنا ودفعنا على اساس عقب ٢٤ ساعه تخلص المعاملة في الهوية وللاسف اليوم توصله مسج باعادة الاوراق من الهوية لانها
! ناقصه ولم يتم ارسال المرفقات معها.
يمكن نتعطل الى بعد العيد بسبب اهمالهم.
ع الاقل حللوا فلوسكم رسومكم خذتوها سووا اللي عليكم
حتى الانتظار عندكم فوق الساعة واخرتها هذا شغلكم!

للاسف اني ما قريت التعليقات هني قبل ولا كنا رحنا فرع افضل يكون تقييمه محترم و موظفينه كفوء مش مهملين.

According to my experiment with them, I advise all of you to deal with them. They‘ve got such nice assistance for the clients.

I got my maid from homecare centre 11months ago and am so happy with her after looking for maid in different centres with so much dissapointments. These lady with short hair at the centre advised me and went ahead and took the maid am glad i found my match, i refered two friends of mine and they are happy with there maids too. Thank you homecare tadbeer.
