Ordered food from an app. Restaurant forgot to send tandoori roti and when called back, the call receiver (Kasim or Wasim) said that the roti was sent and I may be lying. My order amount was more than AED 50. Why would any customer lie for one roti only.
Very bad customer experience.

I ordered dal makhani for delivery
And I got dal tadka in delivery
I called the restaurant they told they will rectify their mistake and i was told to sent back the order so that they can send dal makhani.
The delivery guy came and i paid for the order since it was written dal makhani in the bill.
I thought it must be dal makhni
But after some time when I opened the order it was again daal tadka.
I called the restaurant and they were like that's what dal makhani is with a butter over dal tadka
I mean what is wrong with you people
And he is like khyal rakhiyega next time
Do they even think I am going to order again after this.
Really amused if they don't know how to make dal makhani
They could have said it earlier
That we don't know how to make it
Don't place an order.
I am really disappointed and i am never gonna order again from here.

Its my Third day in dubai n i was paying on an avrg 15-18 dhiram at every place for very less food. But then i visited this place where i found very Decent food like home with affordable prices (veg 6-9, non veg- 10-14) with great quantity. They even served a complimentary salad & extra gravy. Overall it was a top shot money saver quality food experience.

I have always ordered online food with them so don't knw abt the atmosphere but their service and food is great

Pathetic service, food was not delivered for more than 1 hr 30 mins. Every time you call they answer and say the delivery guy has left already will be there soon.

Tahira restaurant cook food very old and any food is not testy if I eat biryani same test sweet if I eat Tikka same test sweet if I eat pulse same test they have to change recipe and cook cooking ingredients I'm feeling very bore about tahira computer electric system not available just kept electronic billing machine and system I hope you will change your recipe some spicy some sore some sweet change your recipes please and your restaurant employee attitude with customer

Very unhygienic, the waiter is not wearing mask properly and he was spitting in the bin placed close to the kitchen and just beside the hotpot which contains bread. He doesn't care the people standing beside him to collect the food and there were people having food on the dining table. He didn't even wash his hands and began to serve the food. His attire was looking very dirty. Never recommend to go there to anyone.

Food was good. But we ordered food at 10: 30 they told us food will be delivered with 20 to 30 mins. But the delivery guy was 1: 30 minutes late.

One of the best restaurants in Bur Dubai (Meena Bazar). There food really delicious. Specially chicken tikka biryani, fried fish, chicken tikka masala, and chicken BBQ. They have lots of different verity in there menu. And one more thing there tea and nuns also to good. In short best restaurant for quality food with reasonable price.

One of the best place to have some pakistani dish. The best part is the pricing is insanely low especially for tourist.

Useless. If you order mutton they Will provide full plate of bone you will have to find mutton piece among the bones. Don't waste your money.
