Worst services ever, they lost the tag of the item ,and they just said sorry and put the blame on other parties ,and they started being so rude

I always drop item for my boss the quality is good and the staffn is accomdating qnd helpfull.my boss is a regular customer.

A long customer for many years I have been using the services offered and I could not find anything negative apart from the price point which is a little too expensive compared to the job requests. I appreciate that they have the point system where you get discounts on future work, but that wouldn’t justify some of the ridiculously priced services. On the other side, they do an excellent job, and they wouldn’t mind correcting mistakes, of course at no cost so from a customer service perspective, they are absolutely a five star worthy folks!

I am usually picky about my denim not only because they are expensive, but I always strive for the perfect fit for that’s the team will never disappoint and I have trusted them with luxury pieces and it’s all been taken care of love what you do folks, please revisit your pricing, and you will certainly nail it.

I hav been regular customer and I can tell it’s great place for any kind of alterations. I enjoy my fittings because of them.

I have changed my review & rating as the quality has dramatically declined. I've stopped using their services.
They have ruined a pair of pants that is part of an expensive suit; had to go there for correction over 3 times and finally gave up. I could see that key members are absent and replaced by totally inexperienced and incapable staff who only care about punching a bill and collecting payments. I can recommend many others around the area who charge reasonable rates and truly are tailors. Such a shame as Tailor and Tweak was trusted, long time ago.

Unfortunately the staff are not professional. A dress alteration was done wrong - can't wear it now. And once a lady didn't know how to make a collar alteration, refusing to get it. So I had to explain tailor's work. Couple years ago I used to like their service, but now I disappointed.sorry.

I recently had a positive experience here. I took a dress to have lining added to it but sadly there was a minor issue with the end-result. Although the manager could arguably have decided not to fix the issue, he did it anyway and I'm happy with my dress now. I really appreciated the service provided. The members of staff I dealt with were also very friendly and helpful, even when I may have been a little demanding. I've taken other items of clothing here for alteration in the past and the quality has always been of high standard. Highly recommend.

Got 3 dresses to fix, one with long lining the other 2 stitches, amazingly done, even one one of the stitching the tailor done it within same day about an hour, amazing craftsmanship! Definitely recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant service as always, pay attention to detail on everything you ask for would recommend as the best in dubai especially on short notice

I asked for an alteration to some trousers that was not typical but still they managed to deliver my vision based on my limited brief to them. Very happy and would certainly return.

Overall the quality of their work is not too bad.

But the staff / employees are so rude and not helpful especially their manager, when I mentioned that the service is so expensive and the fact that they're charging more than the price of the actual T-shirt, the manager folded the T-shirt and put it back in the bag and went inside (this was very rude).

They're also VERY VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other good tailors.

To conclude, I don't recommend it at all.

I came at 11.30 pm to drop my clothes to be tailored. She was so rude and told me we are closing. Even though it clearly states that they close at midnight. She just didn’t want to work. Very disappointed. The staff needs to work on her behavior. Not welcoming at all. Very bad attitude.

Your reply is all false. We never asked what time you closed. Because we already knew that you were closing at midnight. She is obviously lying to protect herself.

We just said we are dropping clothes. She replied she doesn’t have time for it rudely And left us. Do you really think I would trust someone like this with my clothes.
She is not professional at all and someone should monitor her attitude towards clients.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I first used their service a few years back in Merkato branch and later in other branches. I am so impressed that through the years they have upheld their standards. Love this service, congrats to the owner and staff, I will be back again and thanks for that amazing work on my jacket sleeves!

First time I have used these guys. Had a pair of trousers altered them using Express service as I needed them on the same day. The service was great and the quality of a high standard. I recommend them.

Extremely rude.

I'm not happy with the result at all. I gave my favorite dress to remove little bit of fabric under my arms so I can feel more free while moving.
After I received my dress back and tried it on I saw that the way they removed the fabric (I asked about 1,5 cm) my dress doesn't sit good on me. The fabric near a my shoulders goes forward and not fitting my figure any more.
Absolutely disappointed as I don't like the way I look in this dress any more. I will never go back for their services again.

I understand your feedback is only for other potential customers to see that you are providing a good service. But see the dress is not wearable any more! Whatever your person offered will not solve it.

The worst service I’ve ever encountered. The lady in this store is rude. She has zero customer service and interpersonal skills. I don’t recommend this place at all!

I had a costume I needed to change the zipper for and the zipper was super good quality. The costume had detailed stitched to the previous zipper and there returned it all to how it was before so thank you!

I highly recommend Tailor & Tweak in the MOE. It’s very difficult to find a good tailor in Dubai, and not only they saved one of my gowns that was cut too short by a bad tailor as they do everything on time. Thank You Tailor & Tweak team!

I loved coming to this place! Since coming to Dubai i haven't found a proper place where i can alter my vintage clothes the way i like it! Now with the sewing ladies here at the mall im super glad i can trust them with making my clothes super fit to my body! Amazing service!
