Taj Dubai

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Taj. It was a luxurious experience from the moment we pulled up to the moment we left. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the views we had were great! We had breakfast at the hotel every morning & it was soo good. The Bobby Dosa was my family’s favorite. There is quite a large variety of food, fresh juices, pastries and you can also order off the menu for speciality options. The location was also pretty central to everywhere we visited.

Exquisite experience and excel in hospitality. Also dont miss out on free sauna and steam service followed with massage. Food was yumm and staff would take care of you exceptionally.

The best hotel to stay in Dubai. We went on our honeymoon and we loved it! Very close to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, just a 20-minute walk or so. The hotel room was incredible and the staff was always very friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurants are good too.
If you are going to Dubai and looking for a good hotel, this is it without a doubt! If I come to Dubai again I will repeat the hotel!

The girl from the reception doesn’t know how to behave with guests, she’s very unattractive

I rarely write reviews but Mr. Khalid at the reception was great, he treated us like VIP.so helpful and kind. Everyone was great, but Khalid especially was exceptional.

I booked a burj suit, and in checking in they asked me to pay 60Dh per night for my 16 daughter! When inquired why! They told me when you booked the suit it was only you! I told me they suit up to 4 people! It’s only me and her! Why do I have to pay? I had a big fight with him and asked for the manager! The manager told me yes it’s the hotel policy, I will do an exception for you and let your daughter stay with no charges! Excuse me! What kind of policy is that!

2nd thing is the suit is so smelly! The bed is not comfortable at all and is very slow service!

3rd when you book a suit it's known in prestigious hotels to have late check-out max 2: 00 PM when I check in they told me yes you are eligible for a late check out: but on the day of leavening they asked me to leave at 12PM and they gave my brother room late check out if I would like to stay there! How ironic is that!

I stayed in Taj before but this is the worst time and experience I have been through

A bit of disappointment.

Heard from friends that it’s a good place for brunch with theme of secret in wonderland. Cant feel any special here, except the view with in the downtown.

There is long line when we arrived. Full of diner inside, so we prefers outside.

384- 399 for brunch package of Unli champagne.

Set menu brunch.

Food were so so, some are nice and some are not.

Our assigned waiter trying his best to make nice. But not in sequence. Food is served but no plates or cutlery to eat specially as they serve in sharing plated food.

The bubbly champagne for free flow taste not good. I drink only max 3 glasses, but the house mix concoctions were good according to my colleagues on opposite table.

Entertainment? Only one mascot came to our table and dance few steps which is not even good. It’s like a joke advertisement.

Atmosphere, depends where you seated.

Will I recommend to friends? Or should I come back? Thanks, maybe not.

Have had a positive experience the last few days for breakfast buffet - very clean place, polite staff and great selection of food choices.

It may be in the business district, but here it's all about pleasure.

Business Bay can appear a little bland. Even the name suggests weekend abandonment – and not the good kind. However, this central location borders Downtown, home to Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa (visible from Taj Dubai). Most other attractions and amenities are within 20 minutes' drive, including Dubai International Airport, Kite Beach and the dining hubs of super-cheap Satwa and expensive Dubai International Financial Centre.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our engagement. The property is located in the heart of downtown Dubai and you can request a room with a view looking over the Burj.

The service was impeccable from the moment we checked in until we left the hotel. The agent who checked us in was a young woman who provided us with all of the information we required and even offered us a room upgrade to celebrate our engagement! She definitely made us feel welcome and valued guests.

Our room was very clean, it had a modern look and it was very spacious.

Housekeeping did a great job as well, we had no issues at all and our room was cleaned to perfect room everyday while we were out.

On our last evening, we had dinner at the Bombay restaurant. If you are looking for delicious and traditional dishes and excellent service, I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.

Amazing experience, Burj Khalifa view + free shuttle to Dubai Mall. I’d definitely visit again!

We were on Holiday for a week and we enjoyed our stay in every respect. More so we enjoyed the morning breakfast so much. We are vegetarians and also do not eat Onion and Garlic. The Chefs and staff made so much efforts to everyday give us different Indian Varieties of Vegetarian food and eggless cakes etc. The staff who stood out were Shivam, Ujwal and Pooja. Off course the Chefs whom we did not meet, so don't know their names.

We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel with a good selection of restaurants. Some nice views of the Burj from most of the rooms. 5 to 10 min walk to the metro station. Hotel surrounded by a neighbourhood of individual shops, restaurants etc.
Even though close to the business areas, you do not see much traffic from the windows as it is in a nice secluded spot.

I stay one week in taj dubai and it was totly worth it. Good ambiance good food good staff especially SUNITA.she was excellent her work.everything was nicely taken care by her. Thank you Taj Dubai. I will come back again

The worst hotel and experience of lifetime. Highly Non-recommended. Instead try for any 3 start hotel.

I had special plan for 11th May, being my parents anniversary at Bombay Brassiere for lunch. My car was taken by Valet for parking and after I had my lunch and came back. I got to know that my car is Completely damaged by Valet. Not only that the service is so worst, they did not support in any way. I had to wait for long time to finish all process and after that the valet did not support in any way, since my car was not in position to drive being completely damaged, they are not ready to support with alternate option.

Instead the operation Manager Tariq, comes after 2 hours and says sir you drive this broken car as it is without repairing. Also on denying the same, he replies you are wasting my time. On top he is saying it's normal you need to suffer.

Abdulla valet guy, was so much rude and so disgusting to speak with him. He doesn't have any manners to speak with anyone. He was also speaking like he was fighting against us on court.

Onkar, was only the gentle guy I found there, he tried to help but that also didn't work for us, as he has limited authority in this area.

They had made us wait in lobby for 3 hours and then wait for reply for another 4 hours, wasted entire day and still no solution.

My parents anniversary day is wasted. Found the worst hotel and service of hotel in Dubai.

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED EXPERIENCE AND PLZ DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

The food is extremely disappointing, you will find 2 different mood and atmosphere; completely dead with deafening loud music or so busy and crowded you can't hear the person in front of you. One of the dishes was so bad had to return it!

Do not pre purchaee breakfast unless offered less than $25 per person. Otherwise pretty pricey $40 per person, too much for a breakfast. You can eat a great breakfast nearby.

It's best hotel. And having best swimming pool with great guards. Moosa is best life guard in your pool. He is very friendly and best life guard.

Great Indian hotel chain, known for its hospitality, houses most happening resturnant. Well designed lobby.very trendy hotel with service that is to be expected to make you feel good.

A nice hotel in heart of Dubai, Taj very famous brand from the group of TATA. Its a high class hotel with excellent facilities and services. Spacious reception area even can have a small business discussion. The main entrancecis with the spectacular view of Burjuman Khalifa. The hotel surroundings are very nice and attractive with tall buildings.

Another amazing stay at Taj Dubai

Once again I was back in Taj Dubai on 9th November, but this time it was a family vacation and my two daughters were with me. From the moment we arrived we were looked after with great care. It was my daughter’s first stay at Taj Dubai and they were placed at the center of the attention and received true smiles, warm welcome and personal attention beyond expectation. Despite it being a 296 room hotel where hundreds of people come and go the staff was able to provide personalized service to us for 7 days.

I only have the best compliments to extend to everyone who works at this hotel, every day with great passion in every department to satisfy every client and make their stay a memorable experience. Special thanks to Pooja, Harpal, Gurmeet, Aparna, Mayank and John.

We loved the hotel, the view, the location close to the Dubai Mall and especially the breakfast was superb. The great staff really make this hotel a pleasure to stay in. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Luna on reception was especially helpful.

One of the best property in Dubai for business conferences, events, party, launch. Interior is aewsome. Night venues and restaurants available. Burj khalifa view from the suits are mind blowing

We had a wonderful week at Taj. Staff and service were extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The Burj View room offers fantastic impressions of the city, is very spacious, clean and contains stylish furniture. Great variety of breakfast. Nice and clean pool on the third floor with city views. The after party on the tree house on Friday evening was tremendous. There is also a regular shuttle service to the mall. Alternatively, it can also easily be reached by foot in 15 minutes. All in all perfectly located for a Dubai trip. Thanx for everything!
