The service is quite slow . The reception staff tried to help . But tokens moved very very slow . If you want to go for Ejari renewal , please keep minimum 2 hours in mind.

Worst Service from lawyer Rami. He took Dhs 2,300 for deposit and offer and later 5,000 Dhs for filing case. There was no support during the process and I wasted my time. I lost my case and I also had to give landlord their court registration charges. My advice is not to take their service and specially from Rami… Just be carefully as one of the lady on the counter sends new clients to Rami.

Absolutely great service from the Takhlees team, and particularly Omar, who helped us in a time of great need. These guys know their business and not least the rights of the individuals.

The only thing that detracts from the overall experience was the process of having to continuously pay fees before being able to move on, and the lack of transparency of the overall process and fees involved.

Avoid it at all cost.

They charged me 2,705 dhs to fill a 150 dhs Offer and Deposit case. And now if I wish to have my Ejari, they want to charge me a second time to open a new case.

They also charged 105 dhs to create a (free) login of DLD website, that I already had, but explained me afterward.

Seek advice at Al Bashar Mall - Ejari. They will guide you for a process at cost.

I was really agitated before going to Takhlees but find it was absolutely different. Most of time before going to any center we read reviews.

I find most of employees are helpful and kind, especially counter 8 and 9 in rental dispute section.

Poor Translation services. Entered the wrong tenancy dates in a Translation for a RERA case. Takes 2 days to translate a tenancy contract and then do it with mistakes.waiting times over an hour as well.

Takhlees location Beside Land Department great so any work at Land Department can be done without difficulty.

I had multiple issues and they were explained and addressed promptly. They treat everyone so well in my view.

I noticed people posting negative feedback but for me it was a great experience.

كانتور رقم 1 بصراحة كانت تجربة اسؤ من ان تذكرمن حيث استهتار و لامبالاة بوقت وظروف المراجعين بحيث ان الكاونتررقم واحد (فض المنازعات الايجارية) جعليني انتظر لمده 3 ساعات و يقول باستعمال هاتفة الجوال و التدخين و تركيني انتظر من الساعه الواحدة حتى الرابعه الظهرا ولم يقم بخدمتي دون اي احترام ل وقت الناس و ظروفهم و بقمة لامبالاة تجربة اتمنى ان لن تتكر بحياتي علما اني قمت بتقديم عدة شكاوي في صنوق المركز ولم يقوم احد حتى بل الاتصال

The slowest service in dubai, queue takes exactly 1 hour to finish 4 people they dont assign enough staff to finish

The service in general is good, the people working there are very nice and helpful however there are a few points that need enhancing.

I usually like to get my personal work done before work starts in the morning so I make sure to start really early, this morning I got there at around 7: 40 knowing Takhlees opens at 8: 00 employees started coming in at 8: 00, had a slow start, by 8: 10 there were only 3-4 employees that had a slow start turning on their computers and getting ready, by the time my queue token number came up and it was the first token issued this morning it was around 8: 15-8: 20 and this is late when I have to be at work at around 9: 00-9: 30.

I usually ask a lot of questions because I feel the employees give a brief answer that doesn’t cover all the details necessary.

Very poor - the timing written is incorrect - they close ejari counter at 4 pm itself.we went from so far and seen no one there inside only 1 person was sitting and when asked why online shows 7 pm even in front of their door timing written until 7pm - he is not saying anytg.we just wasted our time.it seems they run home early - please change your timing if you are not sitting until 7 pm

This is the slowest and most inefficient center to do your Ejari at.better go elsewhere for sure.
