I have been to Tanishq recently, luckily I met Mrs. Jesmi, who was really helpful and assisted me quickly to purchase what I really desire to have. Staffs like these are great asset for your organisation. Please convey my gratitude to her.

It was great shopping experience and the Mohammad Elraay really helped us a lot from selection till billing.

Worst customer care. We were waiting for more than 20 mins. No one asked. While leaving also we complained to staff. They are telling that you should wait for your turn. Horrible! They only called us to visit shop. That's why we went. We planned to buy and they are not giving freely. Already bought in this same branch. Hereafter won't buy anything from here. Never recommend. So many gold shops in UAE with good customer service. Never ever recommend and visit. Never expected this from tata.

Tanishq, a TATA group venture, pride of India. A new outlet for the Indian expat community in UAE. Would take some time to go full fledged. So far, they do not have tie ups with local UAE banks, so you would not be able to convert your purchases to 'zero percent' EMIs. So be aware. Another showroom at LuLu Al Barsha under preparation, should be opened very soon. Goodluck.

Really impressed with their unique designs and collections.not seen this type ornament designs with any other jewellers here.most of their designs are hand made and only one piece will be available.thank you very much for opening your showroom in Dubai.bought this unique set for wife as an Anniversary gift.

Very good collection of intricate and unique designer jewelleries in a reasonable price range. Straight forward and transparent pricing policy.

The exchange policies are very stringent.didnt expect this from the TATA grp (of whom we r great admirers). But very disappointed this time.invoices are stamped without any explanation nd rules at the time of purchase r not adhered to when u want to exchange.that too within 2 days.will never go there again. Worst customer service experience in dubai tanishq branch. I don’t recommend anyone to buy there. Back i India I use to buy gold from tanishq. But dubai branch is worst.

Tanishq Quality in Dubai. They charge a little more but their unique designs are sometimes worth it.

Extremely impressive showroom.

The finish and quality is excellent and must visit for people who wish to buy gold, diamonds and precious stones.

Good part - unlike many shops who haggle on the prices and you need to negotiate on & on, Tanishq seems to be working with transparent rules and fixed prices.

Which can be good for people who do not like to haggle.

If you are exchanging old gold, they have gold purity measurement machine.so NO hanky panky business.you can trust 100%

Only negative and the reason for 4 stars.the current advertisement shows no deduction for exchange of old gold.this is not true.

If you wish to exchange old jewellery for a new one, they will deduct 4% for 22 Crt Gold and 8% for anything below 22 Crt. I am disappointed that a honest brand from very well respected Tata's business house should stoop to marketing gimmick of mentioning no deduction.

Wonderful collections though limited numbers. Always love Tanishq due to unique jewellery designs! Soon may circumvent the
