Worst service & fake, they tell everything yes yes just to take money & once you pay them they will not do your work & demand for more money.

Specially the lady called Akshita & Devika. I will not recommend anyone to use there services, better try another business center.

Inspection is the biggest scam here. Make sure how much for you have to pay for every inspection. I would say biggest scam it is.

Tanvi has got its Business Centre in a very strategic location. Easy access to most of commercial areas in Dubai territory, as well as wide Transportation network to commute to other emirates. This was the key thing we liked about to choose our office space in Tanvi. Once reserved the office space and facilities Package you get is Good Value for Money. Must Not forget to mention about the Amazing Staff they've got, from Management to Ordinary level everyone is very hospitable, energetic and ready to serve you at any given time. I recommend this place highly to elevate your business.

If you want to start your project and do not have the possibility to rent a luxurious office, you should contact the Tanvi Business Center - providing large work spaces at special prices with minimum effort at best place

They charge you on every inspection after one month of contract. You're gonna pay much more for inspection free than office rent. They ask you payment in cash and they don't give you a receipt as well. Strongly not recommended.
