Well.there is nothing less than 1 star, clearly poor service at all fronts, finger prints machines from the previous century, ZERO willingness to help or advise following the failed machines ability to take finger print as in all other consulants, immediately blaming the Saudi embassy for (unrealistic requirements), clearly underpaid overworked staff that are not even able to fake a proper welcome.awful at all fronts

Have had good experience in the past.last 2 weeks. I visited 4 times.for amer/tasheel work.system has been down.today.amer system down at 8.30am.tasheel waited more than an hour for my turn.eventually after loading all required documents to update one of my labour file. I was told system down.more than 1 and a half hours wasted

The people that work here are beyond amazing.
This is my best costumer service experience ever.

After they had my documents approved and sealed on their very professional and timely platform.
They continued to assist me to get my documents to Oman.

The people and service here is world class. I am touched by just how far they are willing to help one customer.

الاستاذ امير المدير المسئول عن معاملات العمل والعمال قدوة سيئة كمدير مسئول
لا يوجد احترافية فى التعامل او حتى الحد الادنى فى الحفاظ على خدمة المتعاملين

الاستاذ خالد حسن للاسف لايرغب فى استلام اى معاملة بدون ابداء السبب وابدى انزعاجه لمجرد انتظارى له للسؤال فقط

السادة الموظفين المحترمين لا يريدون البدء فى معاملتى والساعة ما زالت الخامسة مساء ومواعيد العمل حتى الساعة الثامنة
للاسف لايوجد حسيب او رقيب فى هذا المركز ويمكن الرجوع الى الكاميرات لرؤية اى ساعة كنت موجود والاستاذ امير والاستاذ خالد حسن رفض استقبال المعاملة
ببساطة سوف استكمل معاملتى فى مركز اخر موظفيه حرصيين على مصلحة العميل وسمعة المركز
المركز يحتاج الى اعادة تقييم كلى فى مستوى الاداء وجودة الخدمة المقدمة

Excellent Service offered by Mr. YAAZAN at the Ejari Counter. Had visited the Ejari counter at 5.30pm on 6th Jan 2023. It was a service delight dealing with Yazaan, who was extremely patient, calm and very customer friendly. Went the extra mile to complete the transaction promptly and also recommended other related services without being asked to do so. An asset to any organization. Way to go YAAZAN. Keep it up!

The man in the reception found out my messed up file and fixed it for me. So thankful to him because I have been dealing with this issue for over 2 months and he’s the one who helped me only, after there he advised to me to go to amer which is few steps away only and assured me that everything will be fine now… kudos to this branch and to the man in the reception! ️

I would like to put in a word of praise for Shahinaz at Tasheel Oud Metha who went really out of her way to assist me with my visa cancellation process. A huge applause as she was very friendly and very helpful with the whole process. You need more people like her at your centre. Thank you.

Nobody answers the phone on 04 404 0404.
In this digital age where everyone is wanting to save time, this is very frustrating as it forces you to visit the center to get clarifications. So it involves an additional visit for any transaction for a new person not familiar with the system.
I hope this weak point is addressed by hiring a telephone operater which would add one more local employee which can assist with Emiritisation.

I’m a owner and I go myslef to do all work by myself the all credit goes to rukuya and Rizwan they both are so helpful it’s easy for me to go the location is easy to Acess and they explain each and everything so nicely I will recommend for all your work regarding license visa on time and any documnets for typing also is done all under one roof

Marvelous experience.
Staff is cooperative and easy to talk. They guide you very well.
Building is well made and purpose built that can accommodate a lot of people at one time. Token system and data entry process goes smooth. There are all related services available under one roof.

I have going to this TASHEEL for the past 14 years.

Even before not knowing what to do the people here were super helpful in educating me on how to get different Typings done and now after 14 years they are still helpful in solving problems.

I have never had any problems with getting my work done.

I went to the Ontime section and had a terrible experience. If there was less than 1 star I would give it. My wife literally came out crying because she went on a Friday 10 o clock and they even refused to give her the token. Extremely rude behavior of staff. They literally shout at customers and are of no help. The receptionist himself is extremely rude and does not know what he is doing. He gave me a token of the counter where I waited for 3 hours only to be directed to another counter with again a long queue. Upon requesting the supervisor Ms. Hala yelled at me as I only asked for a token. Okay they can refuse but they do not have the right to shout. We even asked her if she cannot give the token at least help us direct to another place but she said "you will help yourself we are not here to guide you" Serious action needs to be taken against the staff. These sort of people only bring shame to prestigious organisations. I will file for an official complaint.

Just to note they refuse to give token 2 hours before the actual closing time. So you only waste your time going there if it is at the end of the day.

I ended up with a new operator in the counter.
Took him 45 min and 3 times asking for help of others to fill my medical exam form.

Mentioned my email to operator 4 times and wrote it in paper but still typed in my medical application one character short.

I had to correct it in another facility.

If you end up with experienced operator you get away with it.
New ones, good luck.

A clown, who calls himself a legal consultant here, drafted the MoU for my company and made a huge mistake in it. Their blunder cost me over 9000 AED. When I went back to them to get the document corrected, they accepted their mistake but then charged me for correcting the document!

Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

On Time, Oudmetha office support is very good. Most of the staff are very good customer supportive in Tasheel, DED, Amer, Real Estate & Al Adheed. In Tasheel Mr. Zuhair, Mr. Syaed Musthaq and most of them were very good. In On Time DED Ms. Nawal, Ms. Nahed, Ms. Nehal & all staff are good. Thank you very much for the wonderful service. Keep it up!

Bad experiance. I got 2 token today. Atleast u should show the tocken board outside also. Otherwise we need to take again the tocken. Lot of people experianced same things. And peace area counter lady rude talking with custmer. Please advice them

I really appreciate their service.
Within 10 mintues i got my Ejari & DEWA account number. Their is no queue and wait for your work done.
They can also tell you which internet connection is best in your place.
So, Must visit this branch.
Staff is so cooperative and overall envoirnment so good.
Having many other tasheel related services there.
Overall good experience.

Terrible service, set my court case up with the wrong address despite me giving them the correct Makani number, I turned up to court unaware of this, I was shouted at for putting the wrong address? Then I went back to OnTime and complained, they stated it wasn’t their fault? Then I proved it and they admitted it was their fault? They then proceeded to get me an extension to my court date, but they ignored what I asked them to put? I then went back and told them, they corrected it but it was too late and this caused me more problems with my case. I can go on and on but I have better things to do than type at their expense (but in short, their incompetence got my case cancelled) - Rest assured if the scoring system had stars for a rating of minus 10 I would definitely click that! – trust me on this, I have a complaint against them for my time and money, I will see it through, they are a service to the people and should treat us with the respect they promise but they do not.

NOTE* - I went to another OnTime branch to file a complaint against the other branch to be seen in court and explain the problems, the person called the head person to tell them what I was doing and I was told to remove my statement comments or they would not file the report (this is a perversion of justice and I will be taking this to task).

Update 10/09/2018 (after their apology below) - I went to the head office to get a resolve, they were apologetic and paid the money back that I actually had already approved with court for them to pay anyway, so despite apologies they only gave me what they had already been told to give me. After this court had recommended I go to another typing office in future and gave me the name of two good ones. After thinking I had made an impact with OnTime and they were truly sorry I asked one member of staff to direct me to the office court had recommended.

The staff member said "ah this is our branch downstairs" he lead me to this branch, I sat there and waited for a guy that he told me was the recommended guy from court. Then I noticed something on the address, I called the number and spoke to the office the court had given me and guess what.it was over the road. OnTime had apolgised and then blatantly lied to me.

Since this all happened I found out in court, they were wrong, they have been fined by the court for this.

NOTE* - they asked me to remove this review (had they helped in the first place, got my court documents correct but above all not lied after the apology I would have removed it).

Close - do not put up with poor service, rude staff and above all lies - I will never use OnTime again, nor will I trust them with life matters of a critical nature. Ensure you check all documents before leaving their office because if you don’t you are held responsible by court and that can lose you your case.

OnTime make you pay for them to offer a professional service - I can state solidly they do not offer this and try to hide it. It is disgusting how I have been treated and how they think its ok to put you in a line make you wait, travel, take time off work to remedy problems they have caused – FACT since this, I received way better service from other typing centers, these centers looked at my paperwork and were shocked at how poor my case notes were with OnTime – My personal view (I will avoid OnTime EveryTime!)

A place where the staff are not only efficient but tolerant. All staff at Karama were so obliging to help out with every issue and their patience is commendable.we were overwhelmed by the helping attitude of each and every staff.specially Ms Naima Madad and two other staff Ms Youla and the staff next to her. No matter how busy or how many people walked in, they all remained calm and composed and went to great lengths to explain in detail to the customer. It was their lunch break, Yet when they knew that I was with a patient, they both went out of their way and Ms Madad made the effort to call someone, and saw that our work was processed. She also came and informed that we could take our documents. That extra effort to support the customers indeed goes a long way. Thank you and appreciate the work you do. Good wishes

So bad employees, don't respect especially number 2 and 5

Also they ask more than the fees

Moreover they promote the bad employee number 5 to become supervisor

You can get many legal,government and business services at Business Venue Tasheel, such as legal consultation,legal and normal translation,courts and notary services,Labor,DED,Ejari and Nawaqis. They now have a RAK ATM machine there.

On each counter in this place they wrote "your hapiness first", but from my experience i found that these guys doesnt care about the hapiness of their clients at all, i waited there to continue with my salary complain for 4 hours, very disapppointing service

I got exactly what I need in the legal typing office, though some of year staff are not friendly & are not ready to help but God touched a particular staff that assisted me perfectly. So, I will always go for him because of his kindness

All the typing work for labor and immigration of Dubai is done here. Parking is little difficult rest everything is fine.
