Receptionist lady was so arrogant and not paying attention to queries. She was focusing on her mobile phone only.

Local men staff were so good. They were helpful.

Hopeless went to renew my daughter visa he put the wrong passport number good we checked it went to him back telling us to go to a other center if they dont do it come back it is his fault we have to run.

Very very very bad service. Staff they don't know anything there. Very poor services. They will make mistakes in typing then will use our money for that. After they will start to argue for that money.

7.36 pm on Thursday! Center closed! Why? Nobody knows. Only 1 security there avoiding questions.
Official time is 8am-8pm but i guess the employees decided that they wanted to go on weekend early! So much for serving customers.
I hope the UAE government inspects them and finds out who the responsible for this is!

Local ladies are talking to each other, showing personal photos and not paying attention to customers waiting at the counter.

Good customer service staff and officers good behavior with custemers and compeltly helpful

I would like to mention about an excellent customer service man in this Tasheel centre. His Name is MR. ALI What an excellent human being. Very focused on the job, knows in and out about the job and super helpful to one and all. I see very few people like him. He is “THE PERSON” to go if you have any problem. Even if he is a supervisor he works for on and all.
