I’m Very disappointed to the staff guy named : MOHAMED GAHAL MOHAMED AHMED. We are waiting to him around 1hr&30mins and then he didnt follow any token number, what just happened is he let the other guy that who was came late and direct to talk to him and assist him then people like us who was waiting for so long are asking why did he let him go first even that guy just came only 5mins. Also he didnt even answer my concern, if the company will pay back my money that i gave to them he just said that “we will call you after 2-3days and you need to pay on the cashier”.

Worst Tasheel (al Muraqqabat Road)! Once I settle my business with them I will not come back! I'd rather come to tasheel Al qusais! I had a bad feedback for the personnel on counter number 32. Please kindly be honest and tell to us if we need to wait or we need to come back tomorrow. We are willing to comply but why make us a fool?

Very bad experience! With do all your respect should be attend the client before using mobile to talk to someone. And should be with respect. Help the client not to ignore the client

ذهبت صباح لانجاز معاملة فتح ملف لشركة و للأسف تم الاتصال بالمشرف المسؤول لأنه غير متواجد للرد على استفسارات الموظف ومع طول الانتظار منذ الساعة الثامنة صباحا ولمدة تتعدى ٤٥ دقيقة والمشرف لازال لم يأتي لدوامه ولم يرد على اتصالات موظفيه، ولم أوفق.

Thank you for everything.who was in reciption today very helpfull person.i was totally frustrate from al barsha tasheel which one not able to listen me. But All rigga tasheel sort out my problem.every one go all rigga tasheel.they are very helpfull and humble person.

من افضل المراكز الخدميه على مستوى الدوله و شامل فيه كل الخدمات الحكوميه الذكيه ، سرعه و دقه و حرفيه و تميز

التجربة سيئة اولا اوقات الدوام في قوقل ماب غير صحيحة
وما عندهم اهتمام بالعملاء او الملاك وغير كذا ما يردون على الهاتف ويقولون تلبس كمامة وبعض الموظفين بدون كمامة ناهيك عن ادخال معلومات خطا في المعاملات وترجع نواقص والموظفين بسبب عدم الخبرة والمعرفة.

مكتب حكومي لجميع المعاملات الحكوميه وصيانة وتسجيل العقود واقامته الموظفين والعمال وكل شيء بدل التهاب الي جه حكومية

اول مرة اروح تسهيل او اي مؤسسة حكومية و كنت متوترة. بس حابة اشكر الاستاذة مهدية في تسهيل فرع المرقبات. تستاهل لقب افضل موظف. انسانة قمة ف الذوق و الاخلاق العالية و الرقي. تستقبل المتعاملين ب ابتسامة و تساعد من القلب. انسانة تبعث الراحة بطريقة تعاملها بارك الله فيها و زادها من فضله و وفقها و كثر من امثالها المحترمين.

I visited this center two days ago. In general, the service is excellent. I did not face any difficulty in obtaining a parking for my Car. I took a token number when my turn came after waiting for about 20 minutes. I went to Counter 26. The employee was fully aware of her work and was smiling, and when she found my papers were incomplete, she did not refuse the transaction but said these missing papers present in the system I will get out for you, really I appreciated her service, unfortunately, I don’t know her name but she was in counter 26, I have read her email Musood something I couldn’t remember.

So i went to Ministry of Labour this morning at Dubai Airport Freezone area but unfortunately they're closed. I decided to visit Tasheel Murraqabat for a legal advise, approach the receptionist and i ask for someone who can advise me with my situation, he said: go to cabin number 32 and i replied to him no one is there. He said that guy standing, talking, wearing civilian clothes his name is Moaaz. So i came to him and ask if he is one of the legal advisors He said YES. I find you Mr. Moaaz UNPROFESSIONAL why? Because along our conversation you didnt let me finish my situation or scenario yet. You right away jump to a conslusion which is something i didnt expect from a legal advisor like you working in Tasheel.counselling was not executed and no advise given and thats it.he was not able to explain to me even in a simple manner to make me understand where i stand.your were in a hurry to end the conversation and i can see it to your eys, facial expression and gestures while i was observing you. And also your UNETHICAL, why? Because you were chewing a gum while to talking to me like GOAT.i dont think you have the right work designation or your capable of doing it.it was legal matter that im consulting with, i was hoping you can give me a clearer picture and peace of mind but you fail to do that.it was not like as if i went to a supermarket and buy hummus! Or just maybe the treatment that i got from him is just as if nothin is important because im asian nor his not getting money from me if he will go extra mile. Dear, you can do way better than that, and you have to step up and set the standards because your working in a govt entity.

Had one of the most professional experiences with customer happiness advisor Fatima. Really recommend this Tasheel to finish all matters related to labor with Miss Fatima.

زحمة وبطئ في الاجراء وفوظى وعدم تنظيم للاسف حتى نجمتين احس ان وايد عليهم. بس اللي خلاني احط نجمه زيادة الموظفين الصراحة يزاهم الله خير في تعاملهم الزين و الطيب. بس موظوع التاخير ينرفز وايد. خلو كل شي اون لاين وفكونا من الزحمة الللي ما منها فايدة

هناك مكاتب توظيف تحتال علي شباب الوطن العربي بحجه العمل في شركه حراسه امنيه في ديرة نرجو اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة ضدها

I had a very bad experience with their Legal Advisor. I came to seek guidance and advice but I never received such. I asked him to hear me out first instead he didn't even let me finish my sentence and never showed interest on listening to me and always checking his phone in front of me. He checked my contract and when found out it was limited, he just adviced me to follow the contract and khalas! So I left and never wasted my time and energy. He was unprofessional and never was helpful.

Hence, I went directly to MOHRE Al Qusais and there I received a satisfaction and excellent service.

Very bad experienced with the consultant he is not friendly so i went to mohre and im very satisfied with their advice. Guys if you have problem don't come here.
