Unprofessional and rude, the gentleman at the reception was by far the worst customer service I have had! And before he attended me, he was already disputing with the client before me.made me waste my time
Horrible customer service from the person in reception, (they said he’s a supervisor) very very very RUDE! I-called before going and they said I can come, when I arrived there he didn’t allow me to enter saying there’s people waiting and I can’t be attended, and last not least, he was teaching me manners.first time to face this poor service in UAE
The notery public Al barsha.lack of respect for people waiting in the queue as staff by passing this system by allowing others to be served first without waiting or having any tokens.
The bad customer service I saw ever, no respect no help no ability to use positive language, bad bad bad need more training in the customer service Role
Al barsha tasheel who was in reciption today not able to check even visa status he was much busy with mobile phone. From labour cancel visa or no only i want to check.because of near me that's why i went all barsha tasheel.what i expect not exactly meet and i went again all rigga tasheel there short out all the problem. Very kind and very helpfull person today he was in reciption.thank you all rigga tasheel.
Horrible customer service phone line - you can barely hear her, she snaps at you and when you ask to be transferred, she does but to a line that disconnects. I asked for a manager - at first she said there isn't a manager but then gave me a supervisor number that - surprise - nobody picks up.
31/10 6: 45 pm approx. Counter 30 - Abdulla fareed was behind the counter. Below is my full review.
Absolute pathetic excuse of a human, rude manners, unprofessional behaviour and I am surprised he is even kept there to help out customers.
He didn't know I spoke Arabic so he was saying alot of nonsense to his colleague not expecting me to understand, kept ignoring me and not even looking my way while I asked for help.
He put the card machine Infront of me and kept saying pay pay just pay. I was asking for what you need to explain. He said JUST PAY THEN I WILL EXPLAIN.
I had a different case so I was so lost and helpless I was nervous because I didn't know how to solve my issue. So when I explained my self He was so sarcastic and smirking making rude comments about ME to his colleague again thinking I couldn't hear or understand what he was saying. He then told me to LEAVE because he has another customer.
His colleague even told him "yakhy just help out people". And he said "please for what she doesn't even know what she's saying" (in Arabic)
My pov: You are a horrible person and what goes around comes around. I'd fire you in a second If you treated my customers this way.
If you want to waste your time you can visit this center! Only one employee for Mohre services? If you cannot hire more people better to transfer to online
Wouldn’t help us and not nice. Worst service ever. It’s like we have to do their job. I had to quit work earlier for nothing. Make your lose precious time for nothing. Useless. This is far more important than your work. People’s time is important and it means sometimes money. You are wasting people money for nothing. Shame. We had ALL THE DOCUMENTS but the lady absolutely wanted it printed. What about the ecology? !
Great service. I went to register for Ejaari for the first time. They helped me with Ejaari registration and Dewa registration. It was quick as well. Emad at the counter helped me with the registration.
Best service …accommodating and very approachable, will support and explain to you everything…Thanks DUNIYA from Tasheel Barsha Mall really appreciate your support.
This is the 3rd time coming for the same application. They have one person working only and another one just sits in his phone. We waited 1 hr and then told system is down. Very poor service for…
Horrible experience! They weren’t able to do even Something as simple as an update of details. The branch manager was rude and had the courage to even humiliate me in front of his workers, instead of doing his job. His attitude was tremendous! They made me come 6 days in a row and wait for hours each day to then tell me that the person who did the update made mistakes and constantly giving me various reasons. On top of that they even managed to block my e-signature card! They don’t have a system and no one has a clue of what they’re doing! Including the manager himself!
This is the worse tasheel branch that I have ever been to, they never fix anything and they always lose documents and give you an excuse that we can’t do this without the manger, while the whole thing is just document updates. Someone should really do something about this branch. Their very disrespectful to 90% of people that walk in
I have been to UAE MINISTRY HEADQUATERS and their services i so much appreciate but TASHEEL BARSHA MALL has poor services, The receiptionists were fair but counter No3 has no answers, doesnt listen or open up to understand the situation, instead i was redirected to another branch in Lamse plaza as if barsha brunch didnt have the documents i needed
For Ejari registration the agent by mistake entered wrong mobile number on my Ejari. Because of this i cannot register in DAMAC Living app, since this app use information about my mobile number from Ejari records. The worst thing - Tasheel Agent responded - nobody cares about the mobile number on Ejari, so i shoudn’t worry, and he refused to help me with change Ejari details.
Notary public inside center very bad services ' not listening ' not nice talking '. Is very very very bad. I give zero star. I go alot of location notary public but this location doesn't want to help coustomer and very very bad talking!
Very bad service everytime they have an issue in tasheel sometimes system not working sometimes you need to same counter you went to before or they cant help you and the and i come every few days no1 still in that counter so if anyone want to finish anything about id they better go to emirates identity authority they are easy helpful and fast
Very bad service of Al Barsha Tasheel center. All the staff are making excuses for not to do the work. They have done my company establishment update and now its 20 days its not approved because one of the staff Name: Zahra Mohammad have done the wrong information. Wasting our time.
Appreciate the services. Very quick and fast, I gone there to renew my Ejari certificate, and its just completed within 8-10 minutes. The reception staff and also the Service officer, was quick and attentive and helpful in nature. Also as a policy of Paperless office now, the Ejari was mailed within a minutes on the mail. Please note the timing of Sunday to Friday 7.30 am to 8.30 pm (Friday 12.00pm to 2.00pm prayer time) Great experience.
They're super reliable and fast. Honestly thought that requesting Ejari for the first time would take time but I was in and out in 20 minutes. They also set up your DEWA for you if you want to. The staff were super friendly too considering it was the end of the day.
Amazing service provided. Completed ejari certificate in minutes. Its your one stop shop for all your government services. Dubai land, Emirates id, legal services, vehicle testing and registration all can be done under one roof.
As per the uae standards this office as well offering a queue less system controlled using tokens. Every service is perfectly organised to reduce wait time and increase the efficiency.
You can easily park your car in the mall parking and avail the service, they accept cards as well. Overall am satisfied #Happy Dubai
Went to make a new ejari, had some paperwork issues, but they helped me and resolved it as the previous tenant had not cancelled his ejari.so the system was not allowing me to apply for a new one. The staff there are very helpful. Thank you for the support.
Beautiful place Everything Available there EID center, PCR center, DED, Dubai court, Tasheel, Amer Tadbeer Tawjeeh Restaurant Cheap & Expensive all there to much parking just far 45 min from City
I had the best experience ever very professional and we’ll mannered people as I was renewing my emirates ID, Omran almaazmi he’s best of rest guys I recommend him strongly any one who needs tasheel please visit this one as it’s nice environment and you have Omran almaazmi cheers.
Department of Real Estate Services is one of the most efficient departments in this center. If you bring complete and right set of documents your issue will be solved within 10minutes. Prepare your cashless payment method, as they are not accepting cash at the moment.
Excellent service for Ejari. The person I dealt with was very quick, efficient and everything was explained really well. Thank you Abdul Hakeem for your help.
4 visits to do Ejari, everytime they find a new problem instead of telling me everything on the first visit, this service is due for digitalization to save people time and money, my worst experience with a gov. Entity in UAE.
At the point of throwing my towel in the ring. I was helped by this angel (Zahra Bilal) in Tasheel (Al Barsha mall). Nothing was too much and she took the time to guide me and help me! Hefty charges unfortunately, but it was service with a smile at least!
The typing center in this small mall is less busy than most others. They also offer almost all typing center necessary items. There might be a wait time of 30 min. The mall parking is fairly limited, hence it is better to go by taxi in non rush hour times as taxi are scarce here.
It is a place to get registration done for government documents. There is a token system and you need to be there well before closing time to get a token and be attended to. Evenings are pretty crowded. Best to go in the first half of the day. Staff was very helpful. It s just that they have to deal with a lot of people.
The name does not reflect the truth. Take with you cash as well cridit card.very funny on same request you will pay part by cash and part by card. If you do not have cash your request will be rejected.
Well, knowing that we are not supposed to criticise governmental places I want to be very careful with my wording.
I understand that the staff is dealing with all kinds of people with all sorts of educational level.
But whoever is working there is not there volunteering. They get a very good salary for not necessarily a hard job, let alone for a job that is not slightly exposed to any risks. It is a simple admin job they are doing.
And yet I had to experience lots of times that the staff is impolite, partly arrogant, misusing the fact they are locals and we have to accept their attitude.
Honestly speaking the only reason they have this job is the huge number of foreigners or expatriates. If the expats left the country these people would have serious issues finding a job.
H. H. Sheikh Maktoum tries everything possible, sometimes even enables the impossible to make Dubai shine and runs for excellence. But his people seem not to have understood what it requires to run for excellence.
A simple smile on your face, talking politely, serving with happiness, being motivated, being pro-active, being disciplined does not require much.
While a hundred people are queuing you simply cannot stand up and chit chat with your workmates, you cannot check your facebook account while serving your valuable customers, you cannot pay more attention to get your coffee than serving your customer.
What I am telling is not rocket science it is the simple set of rules about customer service. It is the least you can contribute to H. H. Sheikh Maktoum's vision.
