Came for my iloe issue payment.staff upstairs are not helpful. Thanks Rishad from cashier department came to help and solved the issue. Hope everyone is like this too.

The receptionist Jaber is totally disrespectful, dishonest and will intentionally delay or hold your application and share with you false information about the status of the application.

Total and shameless disregard and disrespect to peoples time and money.

The supervisor is very helpful person and the receptionist is very co operative

Worst place ever! I waited for more than one hour and literally no one was even at their desks. Don't ever go to that branch.

Never be rude so much, to the customers, as they expect service from this particular premises,
They are not friendly at all, like other tasheel,
We are proud to be Uae.
But these attitude has to be change, by staff who is working in tasheel bay avanue center, business bay.
I was really disappointed.
Hope they will rectify.

Ms. Hesse is very elegant, patient, friendly and efficient! Really like come here for business stuff

The satff are Very lazy to do the work. Just playing in mobile.

If you want to finish the work fast.please choose any other Thasheel.

They process, they let you pay and then after payment has been made, that’s the time they will inform you that it has to be done at Tawjeeh.

Wost service ever, no respect, no follow up. They talk to you on the phone “hi” “not ready” “bye”
I have been going back and forth to renew my if for 2 weeks while it should take 2 days. Never ever

The best Tasheel office in Dubai, so helpful with excellent services. They explain us, in details, all the steps. They make every thing easy for us, special the supervisor Zainab, so patient and kind. And, a special thank for the front desk ladies at the first floor.
