I'm 6 years work in UAE very good country for life time but now my visa cancel me need my cancellation paper. 1st July join company after 3 month me cancel.what we do now?

The worst Tasheel center I have come across in UAE. Their timing is till 8 pm (so called), however if you visit at 7 pm also they either say they don't have time or they say system is down. I have had similar experience multiple times in the this Center.

Good center, not crowded, mr Islam was knowledgeable and helpful.
In general, the male officers know their work.

Went there to file a complaint and request to get my final settlement from my company. They told me it can't be done in the office online, by app or by phone
After requesting with a few people for help I eventually left and drove to another tasheel office where they helped me without any problems

أسوأ فرع في الامارات للأسف ما في خدمه وطبعا دائما الجمله المشهورة السيستم داون. شغلي متعطل من شهر بسبب موظف وخسرت الايجار. زرت الفرع اليوم اراجع موضوعي من الساعة 5 ونص الى الساعة 7 ونص مافي ولا موظف قادر يساعد. ما في غير الموظف على كاونتر 22 شايله الفرع. الموظفين على كاونتر 4 و 5 قاعدين سوالف وعلى التلفون وحتى كمامات ما لابسين ويتمشوا في الفرع عادي جدا. للأسف تقييم 0

I really appreciate DIP Tasheel centre Green Community to visit as for same thing I visit Barsha mall and other places they don't knew system if some issue to you I recommend you supervisor sallam to visit. He have great Command on system. I really appreciate his knowledge and understanding procedures and system Command. Highly Great staff well behaviour. Helping Great Work Well done. Thanks guys

Reception has check list if one of them is no then they are not even listening us. Went in Ras AL Khor they guided me and solved my issue

I checked here multiple times and every time I get service denied because the site is down the system is down.

Execell and supporting staff. I am happy to serve with them. Always i need same for my business continuity.

Very poor management and irresponsible staff, the staff setting at counter 16 has made a mistake with contract I was modifying it and when I cam back to her she said it's not her mistake and the issue from the system which is not right, I went to her manager she couldn't even help me.

I had a worst experience ever compare to any other Tasheel centers. I was sent to a goose chase multiple times. Ignored by one of the employees. When i cam back after the goose chase the same employee decided to go to his car. I have spent about half an hour for no reason after driving for 15 mins to get to the location at which i just took my documents and left!

Employees were very helpful. It took too much time for Ministry of Labor to approve. Always asked for same documents. Being persistent today Oct 21,2020 approval came. Very happy now.

Tasheel DIP -1 is one of the best service centers. Their staff is well trained and much motivated. I suggest you all, to visit DIP -1 Tasheel center for the best services, you want. The Supervisor Islam bhai has got amazing personality and helping hands.
