The worst service I have ever received

A serious action needs to be taken with people in the front desk
Bad attitude, rude, no eye contact, chewing gum, dealing with people’s issues with a silly smile and making jokes in front of the customers.
They would make you come many times because they don’t care enough to tell you what to do, your application can be delayed for weeks if you don’t go many times to ask them why and what should be done next. They lie and they don’t know their job.

الموظفين الله يسعدهم متعاونين شكرا كثيرررر خاصتاً عبدالقادر الله يسعده رجال شهم سريع في انهاء المعاملات

يوجد مواقف للسيارات لكن الي بيجي بتكسي او مواصلات صعب كثيررر تلاقي نادر ما يمر بعضهم يقولك لزم تتصل عليه من البرنامج

At the Hudson’s branch that opened at 8 am. There are 45 desks with only 2 assistants. What is the point of having 45 desks!

Very very bad service. I was there yesterday and they don't know how to speak nicely with the customer instead of "how can I help you" I get "what you want" was very rude all of he's answer. Plus wrong information.just waste of time. After this I needed to go another branch to have correct answer for my question which was really important.there it was much much better and helpful
