Counter 42 she is a good experience in Ded and he is helping in all my transaction good person.

I arrived at the service center at 6: 14 and took a ticket, which indicated there were 0 customers waiting. Expecting a swift process, I patiently waited. However, by 6: 40, my number had not been called, and I decided to leave. The inefficiency of the service center was evident as I wasted approximately 26 minutes without any progress.

DED- Ms. Maitha abdallah and hamda Radha customer service was excellent, very fast and they both are very good with customers and handling so well. Really appreciate with their customer service.

Setvice was too fast and the contact on the desk both at reception and at the counter solved all my company trade license issues

I visited for my license and got very quick responses and Ms. Maith is very help full and polite, She treat very well.

Very poor customer service.the one who’s supposed to help me out on trade license stuff was talking with others without giving me any attention although it was my turn.he didn’t put any effort to read my case carefully and unfortunately I need to revisit DED again because of a very simple issue and their inattention! Dubai deserves much better representatives and I recommend to assign a supervisor in order to make sure that everyone is compliant with the regulations. Also the cashier is always rude and doesn’t have the minimum requirements of customer service representative criterion. I don’t recommend to visit this branch if your things are related to DED business.

One of the Best Tasheel Centers in Dubai. I'm dealing with them since 2021. Very good Team and very helpful and friendly.

Third class service. They did wrong typing and I have escalated to change they took employee passport for 45 days now no action has been taken. The person Navas is handling our case he has very bad customer service. Delaying the things unnecessary. I told him I will escalate to MOHRE he said he doesn’t care. I hope they have good manager who can monitor and train them. My issue still not resolved. All I want to say is bad service.

Worst tasheel I have ever visited, i took a token and my number was called and i waited at the counter for 15 mins no one appeared, later i went to reception and I was given another number and has to wait for 45 mins, when all the staff were free, and using their phone or going on break.

How to explain, they keep saying that edirham bank system is down.they will let u borrow their own card but they will charge u additional 6 aed per application! That is smart way to take more money from u.they r definitely making it intentionally and making it as business.it is not enough that the government fees have been increased while they say it won't be increased.pffffftttt

They have only one dedicated counter for emirates ID related services and the queue is long there and each person is taking avergae of 15 to 20 mins. Terrible service

Tasheel is made for fun of poor people poor service it’s been 3 months trying to fix my problem but they kepts ignoring and sending me to one to another branch still I’m waiting for when they will listen to me and help me out

Really very very bad center to do any application there, i lost 280 aed today due to counter staff mistake
I will not recommend anyone to go there and i will never visit there as no one was available to help me or listen me.

Don’t recommend this place. I went to register MoL contract for our house helper, telling lady all is done, just need the contract, handing her renewed visa and Emirates ID, she has started whole visa stamping process from beginning. Later on blamed for it me, although I repeat few times, that all had been done.

They couldn’t also registered Ejari, charged for both of course, but no effect.

Both was done in less than 10 minutes somewhere else.

It was a bad experience for me. After waiting for my number the lady sent to a different counter and ended up waiting again without knowing who is going to take care of my request. After waiting for nothing for more than 30 min I had to leave without sorting my request.
