Working verry slow envoirment loudly and not maintain ac tempreture feel hot take token and just watch screen your no not come even not crowd

Worst! Chair and headphone broken. The guy from outside the room banging the door and its very loud how many times. And the room its not clean at all. I wish i didnt come to this location.

Worst service ever i got, they are attending like we are slavers of them. Most of the people have less knowledge about the government transactions. If we ask any questions, they replied very rudely and unprofessionally. And one of the guy ask some doubts to the counter lady, she makes him fool and laughing and share that thing to other counter ladies. This is worst and worst experience i have ever got in dubai, If you are valuing dubai government and systems, please don’t go to this tasheel center inside the alquoz mall. Thankyou

Staffs are very good and polite. Services are very easy and cool and I could save my time.

I recently had a terrible experience with the altaf government transaction center. The staff were unprofessional, as they were phone taking personal calls while I was waiting to receive assistance with many others. The service was incredibly slow and I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. To make matters worse, the tickets issued for waiting were providing incorrect information, adding to the frustration of the already poor experience. I strongly recommend that the authorities takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of service provided to its customers.

Unbelievable

You will wait for ages. Token is not moving. Each person here has no less than 30 applications each. So bettwr to not visit this centre for submission.

When you ask about the manager he said Iam the manager

Always system down there

There is no token system, only giving to token and typinst are playjng in mobile phone
For one new contract submission i wait for 1 hvr and after ine hvr not calling token number so just left the center

Worst Experience
Every time i came here each token calling time is at-least one hour.
Now i am sitting since 96 minutes and only one token processed.
I ll not bring my staff anymore here for Tawjeeh

Bad experience Only one counter is open and supervisor is allow other people without tokan

They don't accept cash or credit card, they want you to buy some card from them, so inconvenient
