I had my mother's sponsorship residence visa processed at the Amer Center Al Qouz. A parent's immigration process can be a challenging one. Having such helpful staff and a process that was so precise was a great relief for me. This is my opportunity to thank Ms Jahsina at the Amer Center Al Quoz for her help during the process. Simple, quick and efficient process. Nice staff and very informative video training.
30 mins process in total.
Enter the building, register with your passport. Get paper with QR code.
Wait for the video to start. Choose video language. Scan your QR code.
Watch video (25 minutes). Finish video. Get receipt with stamp and QR code. Get your picture taken and leave.
Super easy and available every day from 7: 30am to 8pm. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
Parking available outside and disable ramp available.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got all my approvals at the same time. Would recommend everyone to do their visa and labor related work at this center. Truly a smooth experience

Tathqeef center.a government transactions center including Tawjeeh, Tas'heel, and Amer where you can finish immigration and labour transactions and more.the location of the center is unique as it situated in al-Quoz 1 and only 5 minutes away from al-Safa metro station, opposite to Dewa happiness center, between Dynatrade, and NVN motors with huge paid parking lots.the center is well designed and so cheerful with very helpful skilled employees who give perfect assistance from 8: 00 am till 8: 00 pm.the center is spacious including 5 big halls for Tawjeeh lectures.also good waiting areas and rest rooms.this center is the best compared with all other Tathqeef centers.

We always use this center to facilitate our clients for tawjeeh training and submition the staff is very helpful and very kind with all clients thanks

All the staff and management team are very supportive especially vip counter they are super friendly it’s feels good to work with you guys

I was requested by my company to attend the lecture from this tawjeeh, fast and efficient employees. I should mention about the training department an indian how efficiently she manages the crowd. No waiting time, she starts in every 5 mins. I am very happy with the service.

The service at this center was extremely nice. It was very swift. The staff were very friendly, very informative and were very helpful. They took extreme care of the customers. My special thanks & appreciation goes to Ms. Zainab whose service is extra-ordinary. She was very polite, very friendly, and with smile on her face all the time. Over all the service is great and staffs are very accommodating as i am always go there EXCEPT for the cashier i encountered today (03-03-2021,11AM) as he is VERY RUDE and has no CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY.

The lady at the reception is an absolute gem. So helpful and polite. As well as the rest of the staff that work at this branch. They are very helpful.

Worst service ever recieved. I came to TAWJEEH centre@Noor Bank to know more about the National Labour saving program which i heard at the LABOUR class during my visa process which was 5 months before. I tried to get any information from 4 peoples but still no use. Not even a single person gave me what i want. Not even a single person is willing to help.
I asked at the reception, he told me to come on sunday.

Don't know why? To get information?
Could have sat at the room, more than wasting time at TAWJEEH centre, Noor Bank.

An ATM should be here or people like me have to walk a long distance for payments if the cash in hand is not enough.
