I had very bad experience with that company, pick up team active & polite. Account manager Ahmed and other stuff of call center support are very rude, lazy and absolutely discasting. Awful. Giving 0 points out of 10.

Our group of companies start use tawseel company and deliver more than 30 shippment daily, on the 1st week we notice:
- they have very bed operations team speacialy ahmed who speak verry bed and his bed atitude.
- customer receive a damaged items because it was keeped in hot tomperature.
- customers recieved many calls from tawseel during the delivery whitch was very destrbing them.
- they dont have delivery to west zones.
- the application is note up to date.

Excellent service and on-time delivery. I receive my newspaper everyday at home before 6.00AM.
