Worst Service worst typical pakistani attitude of their HEC related staff Sana , She even dont have manners how to talk with customer

I am very disappointed to share my views against this worst and extremely bad delivery services world wide.i am here in Dubai & one of my guy book my shipment on 14 oct 2023, and still i am waiting for them, when i call to TCS they have no reason for delay and still I don't know when I will receive it & why they are doing this with their customers. Please improve your services and plz hire a professional people for customers representative. Thank You!

We having been facing a difficulty in delivering a courier to our client in India.its been almost 2 months that he has not received his documents and the courier is on hold. The Dubai team is not responsive including Lindsay and jagmouhan.everytime we have called them they have mentioned they will check and get back but we never receive any response.if the manager is on vacation your escalations will be on hold as they probably do not have an alternate person to take care of this.i do not recommend to proceed with them as when you face issue the entire team back out of the problem and lets you deal with all the authority.until now the client has not received the courier and its been 2 months already

I have very bad experience with TCS.
Literally the way of talking of staff and delivery boys are very much rude.
Customer value in front of staff is 0%.
I can't suggest anyone to take the service from TCS.

43 min waiting on the phone no answer.its my first time to know about them. Instead of calling me they updated the status that i changed my address! Very weird. Unhappy customer.

I have been calling them for 3 days. The call centre says they will come before 3 to pick up. Then after 3 the call centre in unreachable and no one comes to pick up. Keeps happening to me for the last 3 times. I have been struggling to just arrange a pickup

I want to know why you guys don’t know the difference between UK and USA because my parcel keeps being sent to the USA and that is the WRONG COUNTRY, I’m in the UK, it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received it.

In response to you, How do I share my details with you? Can you contact me on my email since you’re WhatsApp details are not working and you have no email that I can see on here, how can we communicate? There is no private chat on here to share the information

Not recommended, answer the phone after a long time, not professional to answer with cus, there are no solutions, not useful

Had very good experience with TCS Dubai staff especially with Miss Sana. My documents got attested from MOFA, HEC, Lahore Board and UAE Embassy in less than a month of time.

Very bad service because they give wrong information. I have courier which was very urgent and I was tracking on daily basis. Even it was scheduled but not delivered. Next day they write receiver shifted.even im not and was waiting there call. Even I am the one was calling in there UAE Head OFFIC daily and asking for delivery.every one give wrong information.and no one call me back. At all they are unprofessional.

Excellent service Done by TCs attestation service from Pakistan. Got my husband attested documents today it's was very big deal to us as no one was taking responsibility to get that attestation. Specially Thanks to Ms Sana who updated me each and every step that where documents reached.

Another courier company who never answers calls. Waiting for items I ordered from Desertcart. They’re sitting on these items for days on end). 5 days to deliver 2 items from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.
My third was supposed to be delivered today but you couldn’t be bothered. Just open a collection point and let customers come pick up their items. It would take me 2 hours max. One more courier company who has no respect for customers nor do they care.
