Extremely bad services in Abu Dhabi as compare to DHL / Leapords or other courier services. I suggest the community to avoid to arrange TCS delivery in Abu Dhabi because they have only scheduled two days to deliver. Whereas other services you can receive within 2 to 3 working days on the same location. Currently 6 days passed my parcel received even in their dubai office as per tracking record also shown, but unfortunately not delivered. Very Disappointed
No more TCS available in Abu Dhabi, if you want send something then go all the way to Dubai along with PCR negative alhosn green status. (Only in Pakistan embassy its available because of delivery passport and other documents related)
Really appreciate the TCS services. It was first experience ever and I realized that their services are beyond the stars. They did my works of months in few days. Honestly speaking, their services are one step ahead from my expectation. Great work Keep going on TCS
No one picks up the phone. Edit: If there are holidays, it must be mentioned during the call stating that we are off come back after x time. Instead of making people wait indefinitely.
Compared to DHL, I got a brilliant price for my parcel from these guys. At less than half the price my parcel arrived at the destination on time.cheaper rate didn't translate into cheap service. Good Job TCS Express
I have used TCS services from Dubai for degree attestation from HEC and to deliver the attested copies to WES Canada. Super fast service and the whole process was handled in a professional manner
Iave recently sent cloths to pak for eid half of the items are missing worth thousands of dhs all branded stuff LV, Givenchy etc they didnt even leave kids slippers it never happend with DHL or Fedex. And the customer service level is zero
They are worse and most unreliable courier service I booked pick up on 8th July 2020 for 9th July 2020 from my office in Khalifa City A between 9am to 4: 00 PM, I called around 3 PM to follow up and call center literally lied courier will be with you in 10 mins and this was standard answer for all my follow up calls till 6 PM after that no one even picked phone. My office ends at 5: 00 PM and I stayed one hour extra on assurance of call center agents that pick up will be with you in next 10 minutes which was big Lie. One of the worse customer service with no sense of responsibility or even to call back to apologize. I won’t recommend anyone to use TCS.
Reliable courier service. Delivered my documents in Pakistan within time, even during COVID-19 pandemic when there are few flights available. But I will rate it 3 star. As u can't track it online where it has reached. During the whole duration every time it was saying "in transit" until It was delivered.

They are not replying over mails, not updating for my shipment.called them 15 times for update every time saying we will call back but never receive any call. Totally deasaster. Don't give them your important documents.
The representative who visited to collect the courier has no basic courtesy to wish when greeted. Also the style of communicatiin is very unprofessional. Trying to connect the callcentre is next to imposible.
I liked their service and would recommend too. I had sent my original documents with them to Islamabad and very very fast to deliver it within two days, highly appreciated! They came to pick it up according to schedule time and their customer service was very helpful too.
Pathetic service and rude delivery employees, even their online support team is clueless and have no manner to assist a customer, instead they dictate and do nothing at the end, i had tried to explain my issue but no action whatsoever. I would highly recommend not to avail this service.
Called them to get some basic info about sending documents to Lahore. The lady @ the other end was rude.when i asked her in how many business days, the documents r delivered in Lahore. She said, after EID, (today is Aug 7th, Eid is on Aug 11th). Also they don't have a Counter @ Abu dhabi so one has to arrange pickup, which she was not able to confirm. Anyway, disappointing overall, Wish, they may improve customer service and knowledge of the staff.

Pathetic service and rude delivery employees. After renewing Pakistani passport gave them slip for home delivery, first time during Ramadan I had to go to their office to collect my passport and their excuse was that they are busy due to Ramadan. Second time they took a week to deliver after receiving it from Pakistani embassy.
Better to collect it yourself from embassy if you need a passport urgently.
