Such a very bad service and rude drivers. Even you request in a nice way, even with emergencies they are not even willing to adjust and request them that I'm changing the address and the address is just a 3 building away. Me and partner experience the same thing. And what the management is doing? Just keep on apologising in every complaint but not doing anything. Very disappointed.

I have never seen more worse service than this low class of a company who has theeeee worst employees who hang up on me because i got upset about the late delivery, if i knew the owner I would’ve reported this bad service so they can teach them a lesson they wont forget
Worst service. I had to follow up 4 times to the customer service to receive a courier from a bank. Delivery guys are not doing their job and saying false excuses. And no call back from the customer service. Unprofessional customer service and delivery team.

I booked a package for delivery and got a confirmation, once the time for delivery arrived, they lied and denied the booking and the parcel is not delivered until now.
They never pick up the phone. Poor service. Waiting for my passport foe more than 20 hours now. Will never recommend to anyone. VFS should stop using their services.

Horrible service - no one answers the customer service number. I asked for my shipment and the response was that it’s the office. When I expressed the urgency, I was told to come pick it up - even though it’s a delivery service. I’m traveling on Monday and I have yet to receive my passport even though it was at their offices since Tuesday.
Working with them for a year. And over the last months they became super unprofessional. Several times they didn't come to pick up the package as requested. And now, I'm still waiting for the 3rd day for them to come to pick up as the client is waiting for it for 3 days.

The worst courier service in Middle East probably. Waiting for bank documents for one and a half month, since end of November. Customer service non existent - no answer for hours or "we will check and call you back“ (of course, no call back and no shipments delivered). I am shocked that banks are actually using them to delivery of cards and important documents.
If I could ever give less then 1 also, I'd never hesitate, worst ever experience with any courier services, illiterate staff, don't know how to give customer services, waited for my card for a week just to be delivered at my home address, and i was told to get my parcel in between 9am to 8pm, which means any time the parcel could be delivered and you'r not allowed to do anything in these hours suppose if you're out side how you will receive and number of delivery guy wasn't shared for no reasons and staff who was receiving the calls from office really dont know how to talk and solve the issues, putting my callls on hold with very loud music and after that there wasn't any responses. Very much dissapointed
The worst experience ever. Been waiting for my delivery for 4 days. Every day new story and asking to reschedule for the next day and never delivered it. Every time I need to wait in the same location from 9 to 3. I went to pick up it myself from their office at the end! I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. You have many better options indeed

One of the worst courier service provider in UAE, they tell you some time and come on a different day different timing. It is such a pity that reputed banks in UAE Still use them for their product deliveries.

Very bad comapny, my shipment with them for more than 1 week and they never call me to arrange delivery time, and when i call them to ask what happen they said we forgot your shipment and we will delivery for you tomorrow, but they didnt call and they never delivered my item. They not worth even a star
First and last time using this braindead company. I know this review isn't going to make a difference but I just wanted to give my two cents about how horrible a company can function at this day and age. The Spartans probably had a better delivery service.
Super bad experience, i book last july 6 and tell them that i have a package needs to be pick up within the day, and they committed to me that it will be pick up within the day, i always call them every 10am, 2pm and 6pm and always tell me that the courrier will pick it up within the day, for 3 days i been calling them to pick up my package, and same story they will tell it will be pick up, then after 1 week they are calling me now telling the sender telling no more to pick up, of course that was 1 week already, it's just a super waste of time that i book a courrier in your company, never ever will recommend this, if there is below 0 i will give that score to you.i already read the bad reviews about you but i thought they are maybe exaggerating but its true i should trust that review first
Poor execution! My delivery from standard chartered bank was scheduled between 9am-12pm. 1 pm I call to follow up and got feedback it would be delivered at 3pm. This is highly inconveniencing given I have to receive the items myself. A whole day wasted waiting for the delivery while I could have carried out other tasks. Stick to the timelines and if you anticipate delays, communicate promptly.
Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable experience… I am so disappointed.they refused to give my documents which urgent because their EID scanner is not working.how customer is suffering due to their system issue, they never bother about If you want any irresponsible delivery contact Team express. I used their return service (COD) and I still havent received my money yet! I called them 5 times last Tuesday because my money was supposed to be delivered to be by Monday, in that 5 times they asked for my reference number and NOTHING WAS UPDATED IN THEIR SYSTEM! The 5th call one agent promised me that the money will be delivered today Sunday but guess what NOTHING! I called them and nobody knows whats going on! THE WORST EVER! After Ill get my money back, I will never use this company again! Please dont use their service they are the worst!

Customer Service didn't know what they are doing, don't know how to communicate with customers, Management are even worst for not able to fix this matter, no sense of responsibility and always passing all the blame from one person to another. Worst service. Appointments have no value. They never come in time. After that we call them we are in the que - 3-2 then suddenly at 5-4 and when 3.20 minutes are over we get disconnected. Very bad. I don't know why RAK Bank is using them unless they may be related, but we are victims. Very sad story.

I was just on the phone with one of their agents on their hotline and he did not have a clue what is happening on my tracking number and just wanted to pass around the job that "they will contact you" when he could have connected me with their accounts department. How many times should I call for them to give my money back? ! This agent was so unprofessional and even said "IT'S JUST 85 DIRHAMS YOU DONT NEED YOUR MONEY" Im so shocked at what he said and on the hotline this is recorded? ! WOW! Absolute garbage - they sent an SMS for a delivery and said someone would contact, but no one ever did. And if you call the number provided on the website, or the call enter, no one ever picks up. The message keeps stating "You're 1st in line", but even after holding for over 8 minutes, no one picks. Worst service ever.

I waited one whole day for someone to contact, no one did, I contacted this number provided and no one picks. I even tried the toll free and your Abu Dhabi number and no one picks.

I tried for over 30 minutes today. Besides this your call center, as per your website states 24x7, I called yesterday evening, around 7PM, and they said it was closed, how is this 24x7?

I had very bad experience with team express I came there office to collect my courier my debit card they were searching for long time and I was seated in there head office was very warm And feel very bad

Was pretty worried due to the negative reviews here. I however got my passport the very next day of receiving the SMS from BLS. That said, I still found some of the reviews here to be true, 1 star deducted for that. 1. Nobody answered tha call centre when contacted, the call tune kept mentioning you are no. 01 on the queue, but no one attended 2. The Whatsapp no.provided is non responsive 3. The delivery guy didn't bother to call me before coming and gave me a call only after reaching my door. Luckily i was nearby and he was kind enough to come over to me and deliver.
WORST! VERY POOR SERVICE! Unresponsive, not valuing people time, and unprofessional. 1 STAR is not even a rating, should be NEGATIVE! As per Gokul (agent), I am not allowed to complain to their management, and I can only complain to the bank (Rakbank).

I thought I was the only one going to review negatively about this company. This is the worst courier company in all of dubai and history! Been waiting for a bank letter for a long time! They hardly pick up calls, hardly reply and when they schedule delivery it still won't happen. Honestly I should have picked up the document from the bank by myself.

After reading all the reviews here, we were worried about getting our documents from through Team courier. Hence, I myself went and got a document from their warehouse at Umm Ramool. However, for our 2nd document delivery, we asked them to deliver it and managed to get it on the very next day after getting the SMS from BLS.
As I got a message from Bls that your passport is dispatched through the team express courier and it will be delivered to you shortly, apparently was excepting a call from team courier but no call I received till 11 am when I went online on team courier website it was showing out for dispatch when I called the team express a lady on the phone she answered and said it will be delivered to you by 5 pm so I told the lady is there any appropriate time of delivery she said no. My personal experience with other reputed courier company is first they will call you with time availability then they will confirm by sms so the receiver is present on said time around 16: 15 hours again I called team express on follow up with my passport this time the excuse was system is down they can’t trace so I said can you personally check with the delivery person where on earth is he and after 10 minutes of waiting period she told me that delivery person is around your building.
My concern is poor customer service no call back no time management no follow up

Appalling. Calling late at night, then when called back asked for my delivery address, then he said "sh*t" and babbled something in indian and hung up. Call centre promised me a Friday afternoon delivery (package was due on Wednesday) which was clearly a lie. I wouldn't trust this company with anything, couriers are lazy, call centre are not truthful, hopefully they go out of business and never come back
Worst courier service ever I have used. My newborn baby's passport was dispatched from BLS on 21/04/2020 and it was delivered to me after 5 days after making complaints. The lady who handles their watsp number doesn't even know how to behave to the customers. Such employees will ruin the customer relationship. She needs to be properly trained on how to behave with the customers. I strongly recommend not to use this courier when there are so many other good options.
It is a horrible experience which i have ever faced in my entire carrer. 1st i called instead of sending the parcel to sharjah team express has send to abu dhabi & one of the call center agent said tat i will recevie a call back from supervisor but i dont recevie any call next day i call again call center agent said i will recevie a call from supervisor within 1 hr but again i dont recevie any call again i called atlast they transferred the call to supervisor i told the whole story to supervisor Ms. Shahiya Ms. Shahiya instaed of apologising she said that it is safe in our hands when i asked so i should wait for a month she in a very polite manner she said could be.this shows how rude the supervisor is

It has taken them more than 2 weeks to deliver a package from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, and it has still not been delivered yet, even though I´ve contacted them almost everyday for the past week.

If I can put 0 here I would. This is by far the worst shipping company that i have encountered. The staffs are all rude and i don't know how they were trained but they need to take the training again. Especially the lady there named Sabuloo if I am not mistaken. They speak while the customer is still talking. They are just the worst! Please I recommend you to work with other companies.
