Tea is carbage here, too much spices they put, it taste like Currie not tea and the staff lady is so arrogant

I had a terrible experience at Teapot restaurant international city. The customer service was subpar, to say the least. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I had a few questions about their products/services, but no one seemed interested in helping me. Instead, they gave me curt responses and made me feel like I was wasting their time.

To make matters worse, when I did make a purchase, I encountered a problem with the product/service that I received. When I reached out to the staff to rectify the issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with my experience.

Overall, I would not recommend Teapot restaurant international city based on my poor experience with their customer service. Good place to have a quick coffee and a tasty snack. I especially enjoy their outdoor seating arrangement.

The best Fresh milk traditional kerala tea (Samovar tea) in International city.
You will get tasty snacks also but it is a bit oily.

Honestly pure unhygienic need to improve some standards, cooks using there bare hands for Dustin and using it with wet hand to cook food.

It is a nice hangout place for evening snacksband tea. They have now arranged aitting area inside as well. The milk tea and kubbeh was great. Need to try main courses as well.

It takes so much time to order something they either can't speak well in English or ignore, very bad service I don't like it

Very good South Indian snacks its fresh fried mostly available from 4pm onwards and very good tea available all time (fresh milk tea and normal tea). They have normal menu available of sandwiches burgers biryani and other items. There is few table seating available inside the restaurant. But its good to have tea and snacks in evening time stating outside.
Staff are very friendly price are very reasonable.

Apart from the generic snacks on display, food is generally bad in quality as well as substance.

The food on display are exposed to flies and probably are not fresh. The staff don't respect customers here. Mocking the customers is a very unprofessional behaviour. The only thing I liked about this cafeteria is their Shawarma.

Tried Alu cheese sandwich. Very proudly they said that fries = Alu for them.
Place was infested with flies.
Tea is okay. Proper south Indian style.

This shop is amazing. You've got to try their CRISPY Vada early in the morning. Heard that they have their entire shelf filled with amazing snacks by 5pm, everyday. We had a fresh milk tea with a vada today - AED 3.
