I ended up having paying them what they asked for without getting my laptop fixed. They couldn't identify the issue from the first time, and they charged me for it. After that, they want me to pay again to fix the same issue that they couldn't identify in the first place. No trust at all. They have replied to my comment that they will contact me to solve the issue, but they didn't. Low rating for sure.

The team is well equipped and professional. I fixed both my Mac laptop and iphone and was satisfied. They process was transparent and they explained well what is the diagnosis and the fixing which is required. The place might be little hard to find at first as it’s located within the Bussiness center of a building but they were worth it plus they offered me free delivery since I lived nearby. I would highly recommend them if u have any laptop or phone issues.

I had a fantastic experience with TechFix. They offered home pickup and drop-off services, and my mobile was back in my hands on the same day. The pricing was reasonable, and what impressed me the most was their honest diagnosis of my mobile. Garbage. Absolute filthy scammers. Firstly they try to charge me 650 for a cpu change which is ludicrous then when I refused cuz the price is too high, they gave me my pc and cpu back, but my brand new never opened cpu suddenly had bent pins. Terrible. Please do not go here

Worst service ever. They will take your laptop to find out the issue which they called diagnosis. And when they failed to figure out the issue, they will quote you the price as high as possible so that you may ask them to return your laptop as it is. And by doing this they will ask for 100 AED only for telling you what the issue was. They took my laptop for hardly 15 minutes and then demanding 100AED for just telling me the issue. Repairing and all other cost is separate. Pathetic service

Unprofessional service.
I had the blue screen problem, I contacted them for it and they assumed that they fixed it, and charged me 360 AED. However when I used my laptop I found out the problem still exists.
I talked to them again, they took it, and told me that i have a problem in the RAM
He suggested to change it and I will pay again, I refused, than we decided to just remove the damaged one.
I told him to send me the removed RAM with the computer but he didn’t. I had to send him hundreds of messages till he sent it to me, and I don’t even know if it is the one.
Without forgetting that every-time we agree on a delivery time they make delays for days.

Great customer service, they were super nice. Changing my phone screen took 30 mins and they have the option to deliver the phone back to you.

nowadays company owner is in Dubai and soon he will run go back to Pakistan with customers devices

They kept lying to me. When confronted they stopped answering my calls. I had to call them from another number to confront them again and take my pc. Waste of time

I gave my son's Play Station to them for repair but they couldn't fix it, made it worse after I got my PlayStation back from them, I gave it to another service center, they told me asome parts are being missing from this playstation. What is this, if I don't agree with the price they gave for repair and I asked to return my PlayStation back in same condition but NO if you don't agree with the price and then they will make the PlayStation in worse condition so no one can repair it and they take some parts from it (STEALING), I am in shock how these kind of people are working in Dubai, very bad service, very very bad service.

Worst service centre in Dubai to repair your product, I gave my play station to them to get it repair, but didn't expect the worst service in y dream, they do call you update about the product issue and cost, you have to follow up them regarding your product, I had to dialled multiple of time to get an update regarding my playstation the guy who answer the call keep saying that it is under process for more than 10days what the hell! 10 days to check the playstation and after that they will give you price almost 50% of new playstation and he you do not agree they took parts from it, worst service centre and people working, I will give them negative rating if possible.

This has got to be the worst tech shop i dealt with! They have such poor service! They take days to respond and also promise they will fix the issue and eventually they did nothing! I gave them my laptop on march 3rd and still have not received it despite multiple attempts to contact them to receive my laptop. They diagnosed that there’s a motherboard issue and promised me they could back up my data, and every time i would ask they would tell me that they will confirm and let me know by the end of the day and they never did! I would have to call and follow up every time and always get the same vague response. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them, worst service ever and poor customer care. I would never trust them to do any kind of work. I wasted a whole month just contacting them and all i got were empty promises

One of the worst service center in Dubai to repair your electronic items, I had given my Laptop for repair to them, they came on time to collect after that they vanished, I had to called them again and again to follow up about my Laptop given to them for repairing, they said it is under process, having logic board problem but issue with laptop was something different, I had given my Laptop to replace the screen and they were telling me it is having an issue with logic board, how? They do not have proper management they just come collect things and then vanished, very worst service centre in Dubai. I won't recommend them to anyone, we can not believe these guys with our Laptop if they don't know which customer has given what product to them, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THESE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN DUBAI.

I wouldn't recommend using their services because the quality of repair is on the lown down. There was an issue where my keyboard had to be replaced, they got a replacement at good price but it wasn't original, but the issue was they forgot to add the Arabic letters on the keyboard, I had to tell them to add this later. In addition, the cover of the laptop's bottom has not been carefully secured in even after taking it back multiple times for them to fix. It is still exposed which would create an issue later. Essentially, had to take my laptop 3 times back and forth to fix this all, and there is this annoying sticker they add which spoils the surface of the laptop and charger. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for professional service and a decent repair.only good thing was their delivery and pick up option.

I wish that there is a rating of zero, this company is a hoax please never think of dealing with them, took my Son Xbox for a month and returned it after 50 calls without the power supply, not picking up or answering calls. If you want to fix anything stay away of this company.

Good service. They collected the macbook on my flat at DG and delivered it afterwards. The support was great!

My experience with this company is a wonderful one. My 15inch had a cracked screen. They came and picked up the machine on the 29th and delivered it on the 30th. They even straightened a bend on the side if the machine free of charge.

Very poor services, I am very disappointed with you guys i gave my MacBook from liquid spills but after 15days no solution and I was even the one putting them under pressure. They gave me so many fake programs and they never respected. I don’t really recommend
