Horrible service. Gives a bad name to Tesla. They should not be an accredited body shop. I was sent there by my insurance to repair a minor bumper damage. It took a month for them to procure the part (a simple plastic bumper). Then they asked me to surrender the car for a whole week to replace a simple bumper. They promised that by Friday I would have the car back. No communication, no apologies… more than a week later I am still waiting. Proxies are also a rip off for you and your insurance. The only think they know how to do is push the insurance paperwork. Otherwise a terrible repair shop. Shame on you Tesla to be associated with them.

Putting happiness in someone is the greatest effort one can do, Syed Sabir of Tesla body repair shop did. He met the promised turn around time to keep me happy. Truely premium resource in technical he demonstrated and definitely his work culture would be on strong leadership traits of Mr. Ramesh who was with me through out shadowing to deliver with quality.

I had an accident which damaged rear bumper of Tesla 3 2021, They should have replaced with new bumper, but they never gave me report on the job done, and Tesla service center said it looks repaied no replaced as there is noticeable difference in color.
I don't recommend them. Tesla informed that bodyworks in non authorized workshops does not affect the warranty.

Took my tesla for front window replacement they fixed it in two 3 days it was great its approved by tesla

Want to give less than 1. Worst workshop, it makes my car dead then i took my car to another workshop. Mechanics are trying to guess the problems (which is proved totally wrong in other workshop) instead of checking with the computer.

Highly not reccomended if you have any German car.

I gave my car for repair under insurance claim. While I received my car it was full of scratches on doors. On asking them they said it was there already. All scratches were new as I knew all my scratches. I got a lesson that before giving your car to work shop it is always better to take photos and videos of the car also be careful while signing the documents they will show even the smallest mark and tick mark all the doors so that you cannot claim.
Highly not recommended. This is the first and the last time and i will never give my car to them again.

Oman insurance knows where the best place for your car to be fixed. High appreciation to mr elton for exceptional and extra mile customer service. Never been happy about the result of repairing my baby amboy. Worth the wait for days cause They dont just fixed the exterior damage but will polished the interior as well. KUDOS to all the staff for a job well done! Highly recommended.

Very bad paint job and safety standards, had my head cut open by an AC while checking my car, and to make matters worse the paint job was over applied!

It's very funny that you visit them and ask for a battery and they reply that they will measure battery dimensions. Seriously?

Sent my car to get a bumper replaced and exhaust to adjust to TR after an accident. What a bunch of incompetent retards. They couldn’t even get the color right. At arrival they told me they would completely replace the bumper: a week later I came to collect my car and the color was totally wrong. My car is brown and the bumper had shades of grey in it. Clearly an old grey bumper they just tried to coat in brown. The stay tried to say it was the right color and I had to argue my point with the manager for him to agree to re work on it. The exhaust was unchanged and I had to argue about it too.

Another week later I returned to find that the work was done but not quite right again. I isn’t have the energy or time or money to spend on another cycle of arguments and rental car to get the job done right.

Technical? Definitely NOT! Resources? They have some but they are total BS!

Came for an oil change.they have no idea what they are doing. Took them more than an hour for oil change.maybe half an hour for the mechanic to figure out where the oil filter of my car is. They drained the oil and put back the drain plug without replacing the crash washer.soo unprofessional.this is the same kind of job you get from small workshops. Don't let the nice design of the workshop from the street fool you.from inside it's a different story.

I took my mini cooper over the weekend for them to fix my breaks. Granted they did that (at a price) but when my car was returned, the phone charger was no longer anywhere to be seen. When I called and asked why it had been removed they said they had told me to take valuables out of my car an implied that it was my problem that the charger was stolen from my car under their watch. When I asked to speak to the "manager", Mr. Ahmed Ali, he was extremely rude, yelled at me down the phone and refused to let me speak to anyone higher than him. These people are very unprofessional and I would suggest finding somewhere else to take your car. As the customer, they should be doing everything to make sure your experience with them is of high service and quality but these people couldn't care less.

Edit: I got in contact with management to discuss my issue and was then called by Mr. Ali apologizing for the prior phone call. He then arranged for a new phone charger to be sent to me, which I received a few days later. I appreciate the effort made to reverse the negative experience I received at the start.
