Got sent a faulty product. It was probably already returned by another customer, as it had a battery in it and wouldn't have come from the supplier like that. So they must have known it was faulty and then decided to try it on someone else. I only bought it as they assured me they had stock - often despite what the website says, they don't have stock.

For a big, 2 story store, it has outdated equipment and hardly any variety in brands. Parking is limited, and when I asked for the location over whatsapp, I was given the old location across the street.

When prices are too good to be true they generally are, this shop is the pickup location for MusicMajlis, looks more like scam than anything, ordered a guitar luckily was COD, no update/communication, Watch Out.

This was my first and last time dealing with this store. Apparently there is company under the name of music majlis where Techniline is their partner store - i made an order yesterday and spoke with the shop and after my payment the shop informs me that the website is not updated and my selected items are out of stock. I understand the given situation and difficulties in getting shipments; however, it is the duty of the shop to update their website to reflect actual merchandise available and this can be done remotely. The shop has informed me that they have refunded my money, but till date nothing was refunded back to my credit card. Please be aware of this shop as its not that credible.

They cater to any PA and microphone requirements as well. Massive space to try instruments before buying. It’s also located right next to Dubai city center mall, so that makes it easy to be at as well!

This company is sneaky with their promotions. Be careful in dealing with them. I had a bad experience dealing with them pre-sales and after sales!
