Keep following up for everything. The biggest joke is that if you need to check for any spares there is a team which will only respond on whatsapp. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

Such a nightmare going on.
After our purchase of TEKA Cooking hood from SHARAF DG - they only asked us to keep the site “ready” for installation. No one clarified what is the definition of “ready”! I shared our MEP drawings and videos of the location for clarification on the readiness. Yet, I was not informed on the requirement. I requested a TEKA technician for a visit. No one came!
NIBIN from Teka came for delivery and said “oh! Its not ready! You have to cut open the gypsum ceiling”. So I arranged for people to open my ceiling. NIBIM FROM TEKA came again and installed it and left while I was at work. I trusted their record and reviews. When I came home, I found the filters loose, the hood itself shaking and exhaust pipe not even connected to the hood! So how do they expect things to work? Why they dont inform customers anything? I WANT Teka to reply to me and call me (Nibin will know Mrs Farha). Otherwise I am going to Consumer Rights for a complaint on the company

Not worth buying from as the aftersale service is the worst ever.no answer or follow up or repair.they just take the inspection charge and run away

Worst after sales service why they have open a store here in UAE when they cant provide after sales service not recommended dont buy

Worst service ever. I recently moved in a new place in Creek Harbour with a Teka fridge, which is supposed to brand new. The sound that the fridge is making is incredibly loud. I had, like everyone, other fridges in the past and none of them was making this umconfortable and loud noise for the whole day, so I did call Teka customer service. Technicians came after 5 days (when they said was a matter of 48hours) and, incredibly, they told me that the sound was normal! I was speachless. It’s the loudest sound I ever heard coming from a fridge, I wish I can post the video of the sound to make you feel the discomfort. Awfull. Like awfull was the service from Teka which basically came to visit and let me with the problem. They suggested also to send a video to their Whatapp number but of course so far nobody replied. In Dubai Creek Harbour residences all the home appliances belong to Teka and the 50% of the residents have issues! Fridges, ovens, gas, washing machine and dish washer are made of the poorest quality ever. STAY AWAY FROM TEKA! WORST SERVICE EVER! DON’T EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM TEKA EVERYONE!

We had purchased a gas stove from TEKA, however received a faulty product initially. Sarah was extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement immediately. The installation staff were really professional too!

She is sending me all the information i need about the product, she also provide me with choices and advices about the best product to choose. She has full information about TEKA's items. I moved to flat 1702 dubai creek residence south tower 1 since july fist and the oven is not working till moment more than 21 days and no reply no response actually very bad after sales services

High quality and reasonable prices is what i was searching for. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable too.

The delivery courier came and installed the new microwave, however they have take the plugin from old one, making old one broken and useless. Now we can't sell it or gift it, because it just simply not working.

Germany deliver another quality brand. Purchased a washing machine and refrigerator and the process from order to installation was very smooth.

I have replaced my oven and fridge and I am very happy choosing this brand You can always trust the German quality.

Their customer service is possibly one of the worst experiences I have had. Stove top stopped working, from booking a technician, following up on late arrival, me rescheduling, me chasing an invoice, me chasing a follow up, their phone customer service agents truly hating their job - this is one of the worst. At the point where I'd rather just purchase a whole new oven, just to not have to deal with rude people.
