The worst service, my fridge has been not working for a week now and they came to my home 3 times without being able to fix it. The technicians they sent were not skilled.

We have bought Teka Appliances 6 years ago, all the appliances performance are excellent. We had an issue with our oven months ago called the service centre yesterday and the technician called immediately the next day to schedule a visit. Fernandes, the technician was very helpful and pointed the problem immediately and fixed it on the point. He checked the issue several times to make sure he fixed it right. He is so attentive and knows what he is doing. I have never regretted buying from Teka as the service is super as always.

Had a great service experience with our Teka technicians, Fernandes and hiss assistant. We had problems with how the developer had built the integrated dishwasher opening … water source and drain. He advised us how it needed to be corrected. I got developer on site immediately and he was able to explain the fix to them. It is fully integrated and working now. Great job. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything.

The service team works professionally, well-accommodated and they quickly responded to our concerns. With regards to the Teka products particularly fridge it works well however we found scratches but they immediately took an action and yet there are still some minor scratches on the replaced fridge. Kudos!

Very bad service and product
Every time I purchase their product it damages within the same year and when I request maintenance they take long time to come and even when they come they don’t fix the product now I’m waiting since 5 months for spare parts for my microwave

Bad after service. They never follow up. Never call back. They dont care. It is a bad experience with Teka. Never i will buy this brand in future. It is been more than 10 days for a simple.repair and everyday they promise to call back and they never do!

Worst service ever! The technician came to check the problem with our Teka sink waste disposer/grinder. He told us it’s broken and we have to change it for AED 1,200. I didn’t accept this and asked for a freelance technician who found a spoon stuck in the mechanism. It’s working fine now. Paid only AED 200.

The Worst service center. They NEVER return the call nor update the process of the work. Every time I call for progress on getting the spare parts for my dishwasher the answer is “we will call you back” which never happens. It has been 4months now with this spare part issue and I rather buy a new one than waiting for them to reach me back. Horrible service.

Simply the worst customer services experience ever. Why have a telephone line if you do not answer? ! 2 weeks we have been waiting for someone to fix our oven! How am I supposed to feed my children? When you call, their automated response says “Don’t worry! We will call you back” NOT ONCE HAVE THEY EVER CALLED ME BACK. Instead I have to sit here, using 3 mobiles phones, constantly calling and praying someone will answer. How can you behave like this? Appalling. Do better.

I have had a terrible experience with Teka. In my experience, each time they fix one item and spoil something else. I feel cheated.
They have come to fix my microwave 3 times, and till now, I don't have a working microwave. My experience is detailed below:

1. Came to change the lamp of microwave, when they came and changed it, it did not work.
2. They gave me a totally unacceptable reason, "we had to change the assembly" - they came again to fix and charged me for it, I said, okay this time.
3. After they left, within a day, we could not use the microwave again as the start button just stopped working.amazing coincidence (considering they had to change the "assembly".)
4. So we called them and they now needed to take the equipment to their "Service Centre", how convenient and called us 4 days later to give quote to change the board (part of the "assembly" which was touched previously)
It has now been 3 weeks - and every time we have called and they claim to have other priorities
To us it looks like they are looking for easy money and for the amount I have paid, I could have have bought a brand new microwave - I have even ordered a tray for the fridge, but they keep on avoiding delivery of this part, their excuse? Its under clearance, what does this even mean, never gotten a response.the customer service is poor seem to have other side businesses, as I never get a satisfactory response. I do want to highlight Mr Vivek, who avoids all the difficult conversations, which to me seems to be a tactic to avoid being fired! Something needs to change, by this review, I will be sending over my review to Teka Germany, as there needs to be a change to avoid losing loyal customers. I have my full kitchen designed by Teka Germany, yet the Dubai Customer Service has left me re-thinking my choices.

Called today and customer service was very rude and not helpful She won’t let me talk and keeps talking. She even hang up the phone and cut the call. No telephone manners and she should not be sitting on the customer service team.

Amazing kitchen appliances and excellent delivery services. Also technicians were very careful and following the safe and healthy protocols. Very impressed with the service. Highly recommend!

The worst service, if there is a ZERO star i wouldve select that.
1-Called for service 18/8
2-Service Ticket Registered on 20/8
3-Service not scheduled for visit waiting list
4-Visit was on 25/8 couldn’t take the faulty freezer to the service coz its built-in
5-on 30 Aug picked the freezer and mentioned to call about the fixing charges
6- till today 15 of Sept no one called neither to call about charges or even fixing the freezer

What a Service! Almost a month to response to your inquiry! WOW i wonder when they’ll close it.

Btw the call center asked me to remove my previous review comment before, and i did.

I rent an apartment with kitchen appliances from Teka. Have seen the brand before, but now i can say from experience that the design and the quality is just great!

Extremely sorry for this message as I was not aware about this.we all know that TEKA is one of the best kitchen sink manufacturer in the world. And if you compare the price with other two leading manufacturer, TEKA always give the best price for there customers. And I always recommend to all.
Again I am sorry for this and I will find out this matter and will do the needful.

My husband tried to install the new washing machine on his own, and broke a part. 2 hours only after receiving my call the guys from Teka visited and fixed the problem. Super fast service:)

One-star, only because ZERO isn’t possible. Appliances came with our apartment, and the refrigerator keeps beeping. They have been to see it 3 times after us calling, perhaps, 30 times. Replaced some part, but no improvement, and they themselves say they don’t know what’s going on.
It’s been almost 2 months, and the constant beeping has driven us insane!
Do yourself a favor — never buy Teka, or buy ear plugs along with it.
