I recently joined the customer service training programme in The Teleservice Company. As I work in a call center in Dubai, dealing with customers is a part of my job. My company arranged this training programme for our team’s skill improvement. The course helped me a lot. I am sure all my teammates have a similar opinion.

Now I understand the customers’ needs better and try to solve them in a more efficient way. After the training session, my performance improved a lot. All thanks go to The Teleservice Company. Their trainers are so well behaved and understanding. They patiently answered all our queries. It was an enriching experience altogether.

I am a final year MBA student. After my MBA, I wanted to have management skills training to grab the finest job opportunities. I was looking for a nice training program in Dubai. But, found so many expensive courses. Being a student, I could not afford them. Recently, one of my friends told me about the Teleservice Company’s call center and their several training courses.

I checked, and it was within my budget. I am really surprised to see their top class training method. The course has not been completed yet. Being a part of this training programme, I can already see the change in my confidence level.

To run a successful call center in UAE, you need to have management skills. I work in a merchant company, and I have to manage a team of young call center employees. To lead them was not an easy task. I found so many difficulties. Then I took the management skills training courses.

The course was short and effective. Trust me; I am thoroughly benefitted from the course. Now I know how to motivate my team to achieve their goal. Now I can deal with conflicts diplomatically. My boss is impressed with my improvement.

I wanted my company call center employees to be excellent customer service executives. For that reason I wanted them to get training from some renowned company. I found a few options. Among them, I choose the customer service courses proposed by The Teleservice Company. I checked their online reviews- which were good. I wanted an experienced trainer to train my employees.

Their skilled and experienced team of trainers is truly commendable. Although the course was not too lengthy, it served my purpose. My team has become so efficient that I cannot believe myself. I highly recommend these courses.

Hi I tried to contact them. They reply me through email but after that one I replied through email. Now its 48 hours em still waiting for the fee structure and other enquiries. I don't know how they are dealing with the clients or either they are time waster. If u want u can reply me in the comment to
