Teriyaki Boy & Sizzlin' Steak

We ordered Sizzlin Feast. Amazing food though the quantity can be improve. LA and Reygan are super helpful and accommodating. Thumbs up for the service.

I will recommend this place and definitely will come back again. All of us enjoyed the food and most especially my sister. Thanks to Reygun, kyle, chef randy, adel and paul who served us.

Service and food is pathetic, Ramen was served after multiple follow ups close to an hour. And what is worst? When we expect it to be hot - we got the opposite. Steak is so bland and uninteresting. Overall experience is quite disappointing.

The ramen and gyosa are salty. The tempura taste like oil. And the color shows that the oil used were old as it shows on the color of the tempura. Deira City Center.

Been a loyal customer for a couple of months. The reason why I am always coming back is because of the good customer service I am experiencing. Kudos to KUYA WILL, that no matter how tiring he is, he still energetic and friendly. To ate as well who is very accomodating when I ask about the upcoming event in Dubai Festival Mall. I hope that soon that they will endorse a loyalty card. My favorites are Ramen and Sisig. There Bento is great too!

Been here in Teriyaki Burjuman for many times and enjoying the food and services. Thank you to Will for assisting us.

Had dined in Burjuman branch and waited for our Ramen order for more than 40 minutes while our friends who ordered steak already finished their meal. Not sure if this is the typical service which is disgusting. Disgusting is even an understatement so to speak with. The manager cannot even handle such complaint, I guess you need to send your managers for leadership training for them to fit in the role.

Service is superb. Food is excellent, price is reasonable. All the staff specially Sir arjay (manager on duty) are the best. Jolly, welcoming. You will definitely enjoy dining here and sure to dine again and again. Thank you teriyaki burjuman. The experience is so good.

It's always been a fantastic experienced here to have a dine in this restaurant, the steaks is always superb in sizzling platters which makes the experienced more palatable. The taste was so good and the price is very reasonable and budget friendly of course! The staff are very accomodating and friendly. And still they always practiced good hygiene and cleanliness standards for covid-19 precautions. Well recommend! Kudos to the whole staff.

Teriyaki Chicken is extremely dry even though it soaking with Teriyaki sauce! The rice is the very cheap quality you can imagine.
Over and above, the seat level is not suitable to the height of the table

I visited Teriyaki Boy 2nd time as I had tried their steak at Deira city center. There the size of steak was good. But in Burjman I was highly disappointed.

First when I entered they welcomed warmly which was nice. After I placed order I had to remind them twice to bring the ice tea. And it was not so good as it was in Deira city center. The servers here were busy in their own selves. They were chatting with each other and having fun. I didn't find that professional. I am not saying they should not chat with each other but they were creating a ruckus. Talking loudly and joking around. Not at all acceptable. I ordered for Smores in dessert. It said its marshmallow on top of melted chocolate and served with graham crackers. But here the marshmallows were on top of scrambled brownie. I didn't enjoy it. The crackers were stuffed inside the glass which is used to serve ice tea. I was expecting liquid chocolate as mentioned in the menu.

Totally unhappy with today's experience. Dont even feel like giving 1 star. Highly disgraceful.

I was so excited to try the food here as the pricing is very reasonable and they offer a lot of options to choose from. We decided to get the sharing platter for 2 and only got to try the hot soup that came with it, which I found slightly salty. When our sizzling plate come, I found that the portion that was supposed to be a platter for 2, was quite small. But what ended up being the reason why we couldn't eat is because there was hair in our food.

The iced tea was okay.

Superb service from Joenne, she was very lively, friendly and offered condiments, I commend her for doing extra mile of customer service! It was a tiring day but she made my day by her service. And the rest of the team! Great work.

I would like to commend this particular branch for despite the crowd, they were able to serve us what is exactly in the menu in one serving. Unlike our previous dine in in other branch, some of the garnish, sauce are not provided right away even if it is on the menu, given that the situation that time is not busy.

The Burjuman Branch did well by being fast, having attention to detail, they are good working under pressure and they are polite. Well done to Will, Carlo, Lamphel and Rodel who serve and prepare our food that night. (AUGUST 25,2021)

Had a late Lunch in the Al Ghurair Branch with 2 of my friends and we ordered Sharing Platter good for 3 which Jordan (server) suggested. The food was tasty and we enjoyed a lot. Kudos to Jordan for a great job! Warm Hospitality, accommodating and with a big smile on his face always. Keep it up!

We always eat here when we shop at Burjuman, first few visit was great, food is so good and we got a good deal and customer service was excellent. The succeeding visits are somehow OK, prices are still affordable compare to others but the quality and quantity are slowly being reduced which I hope they should address.some foods still taste the same but some are not really that good than before.

Poor quality of food and bad customer service!

we requested to make it well done as we ordered sizzling sirloin, but they served us a bloody steak!

Somehow, we expect the food in the menu will come out the same, however staff told us they’ve run out of cherry tomatoes!

why?

Unexpected, food quality. I hope management of the branch will take a look into this matter.its much better to tell us the real situation rather than letting us wait and expect for nothing and let your customer walk away in your restaurant unhappy.

First i noticed was all the staff were very polite and attended to us immediately. Our server suggested thier best seller in sushi (forgot the name though) and it is tastefully good.
Don't order anything sizzling if you have other errands to do because the smell will stick on your clothes and hair.
Overall 8/10!

Although they celebrated my entrance, but didn't attend to me till I called for their attention. The food was great and tasty. I wouldn't add as seen on the menu, cos they come looking like miniature sizes of the ones portrayed on the menu

Very affordable dishes, from steaks to sizzlers and appetizers, One of our favorite here is the Salmon steak, All serve at a sizzler plate and that is a wow for me.

When i heard about this place i never think twice to dine I love Japanesse food you must try the crunchy kani roll and and sukiyaki, kani salad️

Usually Filipinos were good food servers. But this waiters in your restaurant were not attentive and the service were very bad.this is our first time and we'll not come back anymore. Not recommended

I love the sizzlings! Best Customer Service since day 1. I always get excellent feeling after dining experience. Service is awesome and very accommodating.

Average food for substantial rates, their ramen soup bowls are OK if not bland, the fried noodles are doused in stale oil. The only thing I liked was the gyōza

I was so disappointed in this resto in dcc. Me and my daughter ordered salad. Corn soup and sizzling. Salad was not so fresh but not bad. The bowl of the soup was dirty, with all black fingerprint on the saucer and bowl. I even showed it to the server. The cheezy beef rice my daughter ordered was really a disappointment bcoz they serve the cheese separated and leave it just on the table. Without assisting her that it should be mixed. Price was OK but bcoz I wasn't satisfied with their service its a waste of money for me. I will never eat here again nor I will suggest to my friends it's a bad idea to dine here. And I don't think we deserved that.

I order the beef steak? , the portion is very small compare to the price, the steak was over cooked and burned out, of of the steak was fat, and it tasted nothing like a steak, the steak was served with plain rice and free vegetables, the entire dish was poor. The service was below average and the scream when ever someone entered the restaurant, which annoys. The rate is below 1. And it was very disappointing experience. Especially its the first time.

The foods taste good, I really love the gyozu/dumplings. Service are great, staffs are nice and accomodating. Waiting time for the food to serve if not too long. Two thumbs up

Tasty food! I ordered the chicken teriyaki and beef belly. Portion is smaller than expected for the price. Place is buzzing, difficult to get table during dinner time. Service is average. I love the option for bottomless iced tea and unlimited rice for sizzling dishes.

If you're looking both for sushi and steak at the same time, then this place is perfect for you Teriyaki Boy recently opened a new branch in Burjuman Mall (Ground Floor, near Carrefour). We had dinner the other day here with my friend. She personally recommended the place.

We ordered two sizzlin' steaks and a platter of sushi. To be honest, the steak and sushi weren't that impressive. I ordered the sirloin steak (well done, I wasn't expecting to be blown away but I was a bit disappointed although I'm not really a fan of steak. The taste was decent as well as the price.

As for the ambiance of the place, for me it was a little bit uncomfortable. Maybe because there was too much people that time given that it was a newly opened store. We were given a VERY small table like it was super little that if you order two steaks and a sushi platter you need to transfer the condiments to another table.

Just a tip, if you are planning to visit Teriyaki Boy in Burjuman Mall, expect a long waiting line.

To my kabayans, we say "abot kayang halaga! "… food is above average and price is very affordable!
