I was so amazed and wanted to go for a eco friendly car
Booked a Appointment for a test drive to have a feel of how a EV drive feels
Got a appointment at 5: 30
We reached at 5: 20 just to wait for someone to ask us why we are there in Tesla Showroom
Tried to approach all 3 Tesla staff and finally we got a confirmation that yes you have a booking for a Test Drive and to bE informed that someone else has taken it for a test drive
After waiting for more than a Hour we came back without a TestDrive

I loved the place and its employees and I wish to be a food from the employees of this big giant advanced company
i will strive to develop it and keep its name in the forefront of the clean energy car industry
And the pioneer in the field of environmentally friendly cars.

I have ordered a car in August 2021. They keep promising and postpone the delivery month after month. I suppose to receive the car in November but nothing yet, we are almost at the end of the 2021. Then they told me it may arrive in January if not February if not March, what a joke. They keep asking me if I would pay in cash. I don't why is this question even though I mentioned in my order that I will finance the car through a bank. I have sent email but no reply. Their sales service is disappointing. Also I have requested to speak to their customer service manager and they promised to call me back but I heard nothing till now. If there is a rating less than one I would go for that.

I was so amazed the place was amazing and the service was great the guy told us everything about the car and compared the cars it was a great experience

Extremely supportive staff. Wonderful experience of testing a truly amazing car. However found two issues with Model 3. Very uncomfortable back seats and hot interior due to all glass roof (and it was only 30C outside). None of reviews on YouTube highlight this except someone who did the review in Arizona, US.

Dealing with Tesla: starts off like a honeymoon. Everything is perfect, and smiles all around. You buy the car, and it’s great.

When the car needs service or customer support is required, the team is nowhere to be found. Upwards of 45 minutes waiting time on the helpline, little to no responses on email. Extremely frustrating and concerning.

One of the poorest customer experience moments I've ever had. Walked in with my wife to ask a few questions around Model 3 and schedule a test drive. No one greeted us and when we actually talked to someone, it felt like the sales personnel was annoyed by us just being there. We were told the next available date for a test drive is end of November (6 weeks from now). So we just left. There was only one Model 3 available in the showroom and even though it was allowed to sit inside, there was no one to talk about the car features / explain anything.

Never thought I could test drive a Tesla on my first visit. Driving Tesla is an experience & am fully sold.

Booked a car and paid 500 registration fees to get it after 2 weeks as stated in their website. They called me after 3 months to get the booked car but it was too late I already went for another car and they refused to refund the 500. Don't book in advance and don't trust their website

Terrible and i mean extremely the worst customer service i have ever witnessed in the uae. After finally receiving your car you get to experience an even worse after sales service.

As the only tesla showroom in the UAE, you’d expect their phone to actually work and for calls to go through….

I’ve called from 11 am (opening hours) until now and no answer. I’m shocked.

Their sales attendants and service division both are quiet warm, helpful and pleasant. In the showroom itself that have service area where one can buy accessories like home connector for charging.

My experience summed up- walked in, sat in the demo vehicle, walked over to a very helpful staff member and bought a performance model 3. Love it!

It’s really disappointed that what happened to me came from this facility. I got at notification about replacing my Tesla 12V battery. I book an appointment and took my car to the facility. They told me they replace it. Less than 12 hours, I charge my car for 30 minutes and again the notification appeared again. I called them the next day, and the guy who answered me appeared he doesn’t have any clue about what is this and describe it’s nothing so important (while before they told me to bring the car asap in the service center) and he will see if the technicians is available after 2-3 day. Really unexpected quality of service.

Worst service I have ever seen. They returned my car dirty and uncharged! If it calls a premium service I dont know what to say.

Friendly and helpful sales team. They happily give you the car for test drive even when they know that u do not have an intention to purchase. Only Model 3 LR and Model 3 Performance are on display. Beautiful showroom. Amazing cars! Overall an A+ experience for me.

Some of staff have no answers for regular questions about extending warranty.

The place is very clean and cool.

The customer support never answer the phone, they have unreliable people working there, one service almost 9months and still waiting, every time false information, item is coming. Their communication and service team in Dubai need a major revision, sad to see a great company hire low skills employees.

It was my dream to own a Tesla car, after ordering one I wanted to see them in real. I since they didn’t have a showcase piece but the employee immediately proceeded with bookings of the test drive.

It’s been my pleasure and a privilege visiting the place.

Showroom was closed, very annoying to go there & find it closed. We've had issues with this showroom before. There's never a salesman to talk to, hard to organise test drives.always something.

They will always make an excuse instead of solving the issue.face an issue and it will prove it

Worst company when it comes to customer service. Whenever you call the answer machine says we are unable to take your call thank you for calling tesla. When you call the company to inquire its considered your first contact with a potential client which is simply just an indication of the quality of service in general.

This place is very neat. Any Tesla fans living in UAE will feel like a paradise. The only thing which I didn’t like is the fact that no one checked our temperature and customer services are not that good enough. I expected more from Tesla. Other then that, the cars are amazing.

Nice showroom but need to expand the service center across UAE because not everyone is living in Dubai and i have to plan ahead to just visit the service center

I had a good experience with the delivery team back in March 2020 they were lovely and understanding, they even delivered my model 3 to Abu Dhabi over a recovery vehicle.

I had the worst car delivery experience with Tesla in Dubai. My Model 3 had to be delivered 25 March but due to the poor performance of their delivery team and bad storing in the port, the delivery is now postponed to June and maybe later.during all of this, they were not responding to calls or emails, and I had to wait days to get an update or an answer for a simple question.

Absolutely unproffisional, unorganised and careless! (u will know what I mean when they receive ur car money)

خصوصا أني واجهت تجربه سيئه عند الشراء من قبل الموظف مازن علما بانني أخذت سياره بها عيوب فنية وبعد ذلك واجهة ضعف الخدمة مابعد البيع

نصيحة تجربتي مع الوكالة تحت النجمة.

Anyone can help me with Tesla (Sales service). I know and understand that they are closed but if anyone got the Sales Moblie number plz

Level of treatment is way below grade. As no one answers calls or emails, and now am struggling not able to register the car due to poor documentation from Tesla although I have paid full amount of the car in cash.
Conclusion: Tesla is not advisable with this level of service

Not a single sales person came to ask if we wanted assistance.just took pics of the car and we were out

Don’t get me wrong I love the car, it’s the best electric car in the world

Unfortunately the customer service or the sale team are the exact opposite.

There answers are vague, shows Lack of product knowledge.

Delivery is anther sad story, after waiting for months for the delivery.

So they set the date and time without your consent.and guess what! You can’t change the date as they are too busy!

Take into consideration that they don’t answer the phone and you will be lucky if they reply to email.you need to go and wait till someone attend to you. And if they said they will get back to you, don’t put your hopes up

I am deeply disappointed that such a product is handled with such team

I would like them to take this positively and try to improve the team skills

The showroom is minimalist in design as their cars I suppose. I personally loved it and the staff is helpful when they're free. Not sure why people were saying the staff weren't helpful.

Staff not at all informative, they don't attend you as if they are obliging you and upon enquiring they are not interested in answering
Instead of increasing warranty on battery, they should improvise on their staff at SZR showroom. We want to buy tesla. But the staff is so pathetic, we are thinking of some alternative to skip the staff and buy tesla

Still the tesla car is not fully auotmated drive in Dubai but you can only use auto pilot drive mode the car prices start from 150000 dhs

Amazing, shout out to Mazen who allowed me and my son sit in Test Drive Model 3 Performance for as much as we wanted.
