I can’t get the car, they say that the money hasn’t arrived, although I sent the money 4 days ago, it seems like here, like everywhere else, no one is in a particular hurry. I’m sure that the money has arrived, they just either don’t want to make the extra move, or they’re just delaying it.
The worst customer service experience I have witnessed in my life, I still did not receive the car however they made me regret the day that I have decided to buy the car from Sheikh Zayed showroom. They are very slow each agent has his own process to follow. The assigned agent is never reachable on phone always on meeting or not on his desk!
You need to send an email and of course they will take their sweet time to reply back.
Also they take their sweet time to deliver the car. If it was in my hand I would’ve not given them one star also because they don’t deserve it.
Worst service ever, they don't know how to treat customers. Be careful when dealing with their banking team and use your own banking agents for car loans.
I delivered my car to the service center on 1/18 because there was a minor malfunction in the car, and the part was not available. The part was ordered two weeks ago and it has not arrived yet. When I visited the service center in Dubai, I saw the condition of my car in poor condition and dust. I do not think that the service center does not have employees to clean the car. Is this how customers' cars are taken care of? No washing and no care?
انا سلمت سيارتي لمركز الخدمة تاريخ 18/1 لانه القطعه مب متوفره بتوصل عقب اسبوع والقطعه ما وصلت ، واليوم تاريخ 26 راجعتهم واحصل سيارتي مغبرة ولا مهتمين فيها وسالت الموظفين بهالطريقه تهتمون بسياره عميل رد علي لاتحاتي السياره ما اتصير لها شي وهيه واقفه في شمس، وما عندكم احد يغسل سياره ويرد يوقفها ؟ على الاقل العميل يراجع يشوف في اهتمام وسيارته نظيفه
The emergency line is not even considered as an emergency line as the employees lack information and can’t help during an emergency or a system error that prevents me from driving my car! (i had to uber myself several times because of that and leave my car parked overnight at a mall!)
It’s not the first time that I actually tell the person in the emergency line what to do and how to do their job and give them instructions while i’m at an emergency situation!
Other than that some of them are extremely rude and they’re not willing to listen to the suggestions you might have to help yourself out, their colleagues respond with (sorry but some of our team members are new, they might not know how to handle the emergency situation or respond with the right answer).
I faced an issue where my car got stuck in a basement for 3 days because the mobile card didn’t work as there was no signal and they had a holiday and no one could help including the emergency line) so goodluck if you ever face a system error on official holidays!
Car keys that are sold on the app are sold out, so if you lose them you’ll have to wait until they are restocked and stay without a card key:) and might as well have your car stuck in a basement again as there are no card keys available at the moment.
I faced another situation where my account was locked, so I couldn’t drive my car without a car key.the person handling the emergency call responded with (it’s your responsibility if you lost your key and if your account is locked i can’t help) you might have to wait for a key replacement within the next working day and you have to tow your car to the service center to create the replacement.
If you get into an accident, you’ll have to wait at least 3 months to get the parts replaced as they take a long time to order.
There are many situations faced where i’m in a really bad situation because of the bad customer service but these were the recent ones.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have experienced. Despite making a downpayment for a car booking, I have not received any response or communication from the company. My attempts to contact them via phone have been unsuccessful as there has been no answer from their end. This lack of responsiveness is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Very poor service and possibly reconsider buying more cars from Tesla. Bought a Model Y and the service agent lack of communication and knowledge is startling. Still waiting for response from them!
Tesla Dubai is far from ready to provide the Tesla experience in Dubai
Sales staff: arrogant rude, cocky. You might also encounter new staff which would give you wrong information
Tesla availability: the delivery timeline is long and keeps changing
Tesla charging points: it’s not good for people who live in apartment since they can’t charge the vehicle in apartment parking. The super charger network is very limited and mostly super occupiers. The other chargers showing in their network are located inside hotels which require one to be customer or hotel to charge their vehicle.

I’ve received my car and I’m so happy, all the staff were responsive and professional, every time I send them an email, I instantly get a reply within few minutes. Keep up the great work guys.

Sales staff were helpful when ordering the car then it was all downhill from there.
I was promised the car would be delivered beginning of November it finally arrived December 1st. But that’s not why I’m reviewing them 1 star. The 1 star is for the customer support who are mostly horrible to talk to and the process of financing the car is the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership in uae.
The whole promise of delivery in 24h of receiving their payment is a lie. More like a week.
If I follow up with their customer service they have this attitude like I’m asking them for an inconvenient personal favor rather than asking them to do their job!
I regret buying this car simply because I now have to put up with their horrible customer service.
Not sure how will Tesla compete in an auto market like Dubai, where buying a car has always been a fun.
Tesla buying experience was A HASSLE as the company policy is way different from other competitors
Interacting with Tesla people will make a customer feel that Tesla team is doing a favour by giving them a car, infact the case should be other way around.
Beware, if u want to run around and waste your time on, 1. Bank finance, with cash down-payment at a bank branch queuing up, 2. Arranging car insurance, 3. Finding a contractor for Charger installation, 4. And all other basic things, and on top of this get no clear response from the team and the people have audacity to talk with rude attitude with their customer, u have come to the right place.
It looks like the car is given for free to the customer.
HOWEVER THE CAR DELIVERY PROCESS WAS SMOOTH AND PLEASENT Mohammad Hassabo Emp No. 895568 Was way good, knowledgeable, kind and knew his job well.
ALSO MODEL Y IS A GOOD PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY, LESS CAR MORE A WORK OF AN IT SOFTWARE.
DESPITE DISASTROUS SALES TEAM PERFORMANCE, GOOD EXPERIENCE SO FAR, THANKS TO PEOPLE LIKE HASSABO AND MODEL Y DESIGNERS!
