Staff is not at all supportive specially if you want to arrange auto finance on your own. They rejected to provide details to my banker and finally the deal was cancelled and my deposit money wasn’t returned.

I'm rating 1 star just because the rating needs to be there before one can comment. Otherwise, they need NO STAR. All the Staffs, from Sales men to HR manager, are group of dubious persons. I got Mt car from them 2days ago, after fighting with them, because they cheated me for all the steps involved in the acquisition of the car. I can't recommend anyone here.

Went to vesla motors ras al Khor. The staff was friendly I have been assisted by khizar khan who was realy professional and had khowledge about all the cars available and also about the exotic cars aswel. Avoid avoid avoid! Bought a car here 3 months ago and it gave up last week while driving. Oil leak, bearings are worn, altenator gone and new battery needed.all adding up to almost 4000dhs. Garage was of no help and didn't want anything to do with us. When we purchased the car we double checked and asked specifically if the alternator would be covered and they said yes.when the car was in a different garage (because Vesla wouldn't help) they said none of the above was covered by their warranty. Very unprofessional and unhelpful guys.lies lies lies when selling their cars. I'd rather pay double the price for a car than to deal with them.

Although I did not purchase a car Husaam was very professional and helpful.

My experience of purchasing Ford Escape from Vesla

Mr Ayub from Al Aweer branch was enthusiastic and passionate about explaining the features and different financing options available, however the choice of my color was in Al Quoz branch.
On Visiting Al Quoz Vesla branch I was able to get my current car even though I had to face few hiccups as my choice of car had tyre problems (usual due to less movement and being at the showroom for long). Special shout to Mr Ken & Mr Niel for fixing my car by replacing tyres with no additional cost. Thank you team Vesla!

I purchased a Ford from this place and Nozim took the time to explain everything I wanted to know about the car and about the process. All people there are very attentive and also customer oriented. They also helped me to do the banking stuff and I did not have to go to the bank to do anything from my end.
Let's see how the car goes but my overall experience was really nice.

Pathetic service. Told me on phone to come and see the car. After driving 30mins and coming. They indicate it's in another branch. And they laugh at you for the mistake. Simply absurd customer care.

Very good customer service. Not asking phone numbers details etc, or pushing you. Very approachable people, explaining everything nicely.

Be careful when bying a car here. They tried to sell me car which was damaged underneath and the wheel is losing pressure. The owner did not have time to fill the car with petrol.

Please don't go here if you are looking for real ev TESLA showroom.this is a normal car showroom

This place was established before Tesla USA was even conceptualized. Awesome super cars with great prices!
