Tesla Service Center

Bad service & not recommended at all, so unhappy with the late service that'll take ages to fix such things and wait for 3 months.

Appointment is really weird when I visited there they said I need it online even they can make it by self and online I am not use to it even then I call them they said I need to make it online even they can help me by making appointment on call but they didn’t the worse service even once fault get ok in my car I will sale it and never gonna look to Tesla in my life i would suggest never buy Tesla I had a worse experience of my life by having tesla

Waiting time too much, if they introduce que system, it will better. There is no first come and first serve system. If someone well dressed and speaking loudly approach them, they will entertain his or her first rven thereare 5 or 10 people ahead him, for the other people, they will say seat and wait. Even they is no customer seating in front of them.

Bad service! I order a car and it was supposed to arrive in April and no one contact us about the delay we call them and they told us that we have to wait 4 more months! My husband wanted to surprise me on our anniversary, but they messed up the surprise. I’m so disappointed

It was my first visit and definitely 5 star for service team, took my car there in morning, after test drive they checked, fixed all reported issues and handed over just within 3 hours.the whole process was so seamless because of all notifications / estimations / approvals were through mobile application.

Great service and pretty fast! I took my car at 9.30 am for noise and ticking sounds and got at 2 pm with no sound and noise. Thank you Tesla

The service team was excellent, but I am not at all pleased with the call center. They say that they don't have a qualified technician to check the wall connector, which is still under warranty. Just imagine Tesla not having a qualified technician.

I would like to add an update to the same problem, which is the home charger. I had to call the company who installed the home charger and for which I paid aed 250.00. Anyhow, they found the fault, and he communicated with the Tesla support team in the Netherlands. He took the measurements data and photos and forwarded these to them 4 days ago. Still no response from the support team. I called yesterday the call center to follow up, but there is still no response. Tesla is supposed to honor their commitment to repair any products that are under their warranty.

Do not buy Tesla until tesla fix the parts availability. I own two teslas. One car battery went dead and it tooks more than 2 months to get the battery. Tesla didn't provide a replacement car. The other car had an accident. Also couple of months to fix. Parts should always be available.

Same experience as another customer.my Tesla car battery died and had to be replaced. I have been given a time estimate of 2 months for the part to be available. I was told someone would call me for a replacement car but haven’t heard back from anyone at all.

Great experience in Tesla showroom, sale was handled by Farid Hamdy who was there the whole way supporting the sale and car delivery process. In all my years Farid have the best experience. Pedro was another great support, he was extremely supportive a quick delivery process and even post delivery the hand holding was exceptional. Thanks Farid and Pedro.

Frustrating! No information, no receptionist, and long waits. So, you buy a Tesla, the car is great, but everything else you need, if you don't find it on Google, good luck. If you call them, nobody will pick it up. If you come to their showrooms, you'll wait ages for sometimes discovering that you weren't in the right place. Again, no info, no receptionist. But I must admit: when you actually reach an employee after a long saga, they are normally friendly, well qualified and polite. If you don't need anything and just the car itself, you won't struggle.
