I wonder why the manager did’t accept the carrefour coupons on weekend, very bad experience

Worst chicken pieces we ever had. Some of them seemed not to be properly cooked. Waited like 30 minutes for that. Very disappointed.

Come back in 5 minutes is all the guy could say
People were served in front of us, service terrible, we ordered the fanily meal with 8 pieces, bread, coleslaw, fries
Staff doing their best (kind of), but really no organisation, people are trying but there is no structure to how food is served

I hope the next time they will not ask me again to buy the (fire crunch)
They are smiling and nice with you. Once they say, "Please take the new Fire crunch, "and you reject politely they will be mad, and then they ask Medium or Large (they don't mention regular on purpose) and you reply Regular please they immediately have an attitude like if they hate you for that

We know it's a commission for you, but being nice and respectful must not be affected by our choices.

Cashier Isha is very disrepectful esp when I am paying through foreign credit card that she almost shouted on me when i inserted it.

All the soft drinks without any taste as it's mixed with water

Very bad attitude from the stuff (ms. Isha & the team) specially if you have and discount (esaad, coupons, stuff.etc)
