Worst fried chicken I had in Dubai so far! My stomach was upset for couple of days after eating from here. Please don't visit this restaurant. Try some other alternatives.

Texas Chicken is a great option for kids. Their French fries stand out. Even the Burger was good taste and presented quite well.

Attitude from the staffs who takes the order was very bad. Arrogant and was raising her voice.i felt soo bad as the customers are there waiting behind me. I am also surprised that the lazy and easy going type of attitudes while dealing with customers. Infront of her superior.

Next time If I see that particular staff there. I won't go.

Please give training for your front-end staffs who are taking orders. They are the face of your business.

The food is good as always.food court is fully packed. Good if the mall management provides more seating area.

Unorganized staff it took me 30 minutes to order a meal same staff taking order and placing orders in the plate. It supposed to be fast food it become slow food.

Rude staff

It's was tasteless piece of food that I have had. Batter didn't have taste and took a bite of chicken either it was undercooked or spoilt.

Worst experience jema their supervisor don't know how to talk to customers and they gave my order to some one else and instead starter arguing with me the guy yaseen gave my order away to a talabat guy so I will recommend Texas team to trainer your staff she literally pushed the tray here take it after it was done very bad disappointed

I ordered a Blazing Hot chicken sandwich and the chicken was so thin, tasted very bad, and very hard edges, I suspect being heated by microwave or air fryer and using a very cold BBQ sauce smelled so strong when my friends noticed it and asked me not to eat it.

The whole experience (poor quality, awful taste, bad preparation) was not good at all, and would not recommend it.

Sorry but ZERO star was not available to rate you.

American fast food as it gets. Over the year's taste from Texas Chicken keeps changing. But still bang for bucks.

Delicious. One of my favourite crunchy burger tasty and affordable prize.french fries also different taste.far better than others. Staff is very friendly and provide good service. Infact they do accept voucher code provided at the back of carrefour invoice.

To summaraize - Tastless & Worthless

Tried the buttermilk burger, nothing special abt it. Sauce was a little good. Otherwise just normal tasting
It would have been better if the chiken was crunchy

My second best option for chicken food the first is kfc,
the food was great but the worker she was black woman she is not good in talking and not giving any interest to the customers

Bad attitude from the Burjman branch manager, he and the branch team should be trained how to deal with customers. Chicken was cold.

The arab branch manager is completely rude and unprofessional. The food is not fresh and is stale.

Don't add things I did not ask for in a meal and don't throw packs of ketchup Into my tray just to shut me up because I asked to a Jalapeño sauce. This is garbage behavior at it's best.

Other branches are far more professional staff and have freshly prepared food.

This branch is the worst.

Pathetic customer service. Staff is very rude to there customer. They don't want to attend the customers, just giving excuses.

I tried Smoke House Meal and i feel the taste is average, they can do better. Chicken nuggets was not good.

Very Bad customer service, I had order chickem and the Lady: 8825-Latifah said it getting ready as i was asking her a fork or knief she said to wait. There were no big customers only just one. Insted of giving me the cutlerie she starting assisting some other guest.then again i waited then again i asked she said to wait. Again she went to meet other guest. Then i got fed up and went to near by outlet and taken cutleries. What is the benefit in getting buying from texas even you wont get cutlery. So pathetic customer service lady. Please dont keep untrained staffs. Thanks wont come back

I ordered crispy chicken spicy. It was not even good. Chicken was very dr and salty. We tried telling this to service and they just replied with no response.

Texas chicken I will suggest for the people who is looking for a budget meal. The quality of the food is great but the service from the staff can be better. I like their chicken stripes. Their combo items are starting from 9.5 AED, the quality and quantity is good.

Their marketing campaign brought me here, I love the chicken and fries for just 9.50 aed while the team member who took my order decreases the Value of the product. She seems tired and have no energy.

Pushy sales at counter, 500ml water @4AED, Chicken is over burnt, overall didn't feel good. Not just me even one of friend had similar experience.

I know that this restaurant has a wide fan base, however, I didn’t like the taste of its chicken pieces at all. That being said, I do love the attitude of the filipina cashier. She’s friendly, professional and so cheerful. Respect for that. Keep it up.

I have always loved Texas Chicken for their quality offerings. And being close to my house, i often go there. However, their new offering "8 Peppers" didnt tickle my tongue and i would prefer their regular options. Overall a great place to settle my cravings for fried chicken.

We ordered and the teller said they will deliver within 45 mins. But my God, it took almost 2 hours before it arrive. I followed up trice. And their hotline takes sooooo long before they answer our call. I'm so disappointed.

The chicken is really crispy and extremely cheap. Only aed 10 for 3 big pieces. They don't even serve wing pieces! The service is fast and very customer friendly. It is a million times better than kfc.

Before i never tried texas chicken, i found discount vochers in my etisalat smiles app. So i thought to try it. Wallah it is very good, specialy the french fries. Me and my wife we offen vist this place to change the taste of our daily routine. Very nice

Texas Chicken sells chicken like other fast food places and you can argue which one does it better. What makes them excel is the other things that come with their chicken. Take for instance their signature Bisquick a delight in itself, then is their coleslaw, probably one of the best not only in fast food restaurants with the right amount of mayonnaise. Also the mashed potatoes have the right texture. For 28 dirhams you can have full meal (3 pieces, coleslaw, french fries, and a Bisquick. And for dessert an ice cream cone for only one dirham!

Pure waste

Their "Little Star Meal" kids meal is quite good value for money for a light meal. I ordered the 1 pc chicken, fries and juice combo and added 2 pcs of honey butter biscuits from their Saving Festival menu which is advertised 5 dirhams (US$1.37) with ANY meal. Letdown #1: I was told that this does not apply to KIDS meal so I had to pay US$1.63 (full price) for the 2 pcs. Letdown #2: The poster had Minute Maid juice in a glass but what I got was a different brand in a tetra pack. The saving grace was the freshly-baked biscuits.
