Worst ever experience i have here in dubai mall waiting time reach to 35 min after every 10 min staff was keep saying it will take just 5 more minutes, MGT have to take some serious steps to ensure the survival in market othetwise soon gonna end up with closing the business.

I ordered spicy chicken meal and even after waiting such long i got wrong order.

Huge disappointment! MGT should take serious actions

The food was only decent as it was served hot. I got the food fast, which is a plus point.

It will be 3 minutes sir, 12 minutes later the unsympathetic server and laughing cook hand me a tray of bland food. Very poor service. Food quality no better.

Perfect place. Every time I visit the UAE, I definitely go to Texas Chicken. My favorite is the spicy jalapeno burger.

I like this restaurant since years ago but after today order the idea unfortunately changed due to something cleared to Texas team.

My daughter requested to have texas chicken for lunch today. We came and the cashier didn’t bother to entertain us. She was busy with other micros next to where we were standing. I waited and she really ignored us! Now I understand why nobody wants to be in line in texas chicken because the customer service is worse. Her face was angry and didn’t even bother to look at me. So I decided to have Al Baik instead! Very very disappointing! This is texas chicken dubai mall infront of al baik

Good food and lovely quality of the food but the service was the worst I have been here many times but the cashier was treating according to the appearance and it was disgusting to be treated like this in a place i come to often i think his name was antonio please have someone who can treat everyone the same as i believe this is a multinational and multicultural country

The spicy chicken tenders had green mold on them. They said it’s a spice but it looked moldy to me. Couldn’t eat it. What do you think?

It's surprising how 15km between two outlets of the same brand makes such a difference and I was lucky to visit the good Texas chicken of Emirates mall first. I really liked their speed of service in Emirates mall. But in Dubai Mall I expected the same level of service and was totally disappointed, the worker over there is too negligent. Order which took 3 minutes in Emirates mall takes 15 minutes in Dubai Mall, the friends of texas chicken in emirates mall feel like distant relatives in Dubai mall. But either way the food quality was the same - the best chicken making place.

The worst experience ever, chicken is reheated and served old, dry and skin is dark taste is horrible.never ever

The chicken had this really bad foul smell, like from the poultry farm! Also the cheese bun was really bad in taste. Overall had really a bad experience. Was a really bad choice!

Their spicy crispy chicken tenders and fried chicken is so good! Service is a bit slow. Also the garlic sauce was okay, nothing too fancy. Overall recommend, really tasty!

Their customer service is horrible. I ordered food first, and they served the others first. I was waiting 15 minutes to get food, which there are only 3 customers, including me. When I ask when they will prepare my food as I saw the burger is ready for long time since I ordered, but the staff is so rude.especially there is one black & thin lady.

Disgusting! The chicken wasnt cooked and so dry. The burger had more mayonnaise than chicken and even their sauce was bad. And the mashed potatoes look really digusting.

Taste of the chicken is very poor and they will not allow to cancel the order once its paid, Please dont go for it. Will feel bad.

I ordered today at 1: 13pm and still my order hasn't been delivered to me. When I track down my order it says that my order has been delivered but I haven't received my order. Upon calling customer service they simply washed off their hands saying it usually takes 1 hour for delivery and my order is on the way. Very bad customer service and delivery service.

Good place, not heavy on pocket. Always asked for 11 AED deal, it includes 3pcs of spicy fried chicken and regular fries, yes only in 11 AED. Although the taste is not similar like KFC but its price worthy. Freshness of chicken is far better than other competitors. There are other burger and sandwiches options as well. Customer service is always good. Washrooms a bit tidy sometimes.

First of all I really love the fried chicken with a different taste with curly fries, spicy jalapeno sauce and bun. I was so happy with their meal price which was 11.50 a great lunch deal. They didnt had the coleslaw which was missing when I ordered it she said its 19 dhs in total! What the hell a small coleslaw 8 dhs! Its totally over priced for me. Otherwise good service, tastes good and fresh.

The chicken of course, taste like home style. Fresh, Whenever I have to visit Dubai mall. Either I'll have my meal at Bombay chowpati, or the Texas chicken, I love their Mexican wrap combo. Staff is friendly,

DON'T COME TO THIS BRANCH - I have tried this branch several times, and one thing that does not change, is the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE of the staff! They are very Rude! If you request for something or even approaching the counter to order, you already feel unwelcome! Today is for sure my last visit, I asked for a newly fried tenders for my order and they all grouped in a gang gossiping in their language and trying to convince me to take what is displayed which was cold and soggy. After 15 mins debate and telling them I can wait, a guy came to return his order because its was undercooked, and the manager was sooooo aggressive and unapologetic. Like what is happening here? ! And as I was waiting for my order they kept pointing fingers and gossiping! I deeply regret coming there today. Best branches tried: Petrol Station opposite to Sun Set Mall and DCC.

I usually love going to texas chicken but this that I was beyond disappointed when I order for take away. I ordered two burgers and specifically asked twice for no mayonise. When I got home to enjoy my meal i find that both burgers have mayonise on them and I'm not able to eat at all.

I normally go to texas chicken over KFC as I prefer the taste there. However, this time Cashier (I think the name is Norma as per my receipt) tried to upsize without my consent and selling it as a "complete meal" I asked what that entails she said fries and drink which is what I wanted. What she was trying to sell me however included chicken nuggets or sth which is not what I asked for.
After this was corrected I asked her to replace the coleslaw with mashed potatoes which is sth I do everytime, she refused and said she already punched it.
Even if the food quality is better in my opinion, customer service and honesty should always be a priority. This has been my worst experience so far at a fast food restaurant in Dubai and I am never ordering from there again.
