It was one of the worst experience i have ever had! I went there yesterday and i had fried chicken spicy and it was the first time i see chicken smells like fish and taste was awful, chicken full of blood from inside and since yesterday im having a stomach ache and i think i got poisoned! I will never try this restaurant again!

The staff are not accomodating and she never care if there is a customer infront of her. Shes so rude on her action. Merina is the name of the staff.such a disappointment.

The reason this specific outlet of fast food chain restaurant gets 5 stars from me is because of their total honesty and speed of service. It was my first time trying texas chicken as I wanted to try something different other than the conventional ones and it blew me away. After the friendly lady took my order I asked how long will it take she just turned and looked at the kitchen and said 3 minutes. Literally by the time I was done taking photos of the place my hot order arrived. The food very well lived up to the expected standard.

The worst branch ever - MoE Dubai. Not fresh and bad service and when i told the manager she was rude rude. Bad experience! They dont know how to deal with any problem and their bad food

They knew it’s dinner time, but they didn’t properly prepare for it. I agreed to 15 minutes waiting time initially. Then it extended to 25 minutes. Poor planning. Poor service.

This is a Churches Chicken but they just call it Texas Chicken in the UAE as to not offend on religious grounds. Tastes the same as in other countries.

Very rude employee. Ask for an extra honey but said it's not possible. The previous employees who are working there are very accommodating, opposite of Taniya. She barely smiles on the customers.

Very poor customer service. I saw my food laying there and the one who distribute it was chatting. And cashier said that she only dealing with money.

I have always had burgers from texas but last night I went for the twin burger offer by carrefour bill and the burger was cold, stale and I had an upset stomach due to that!
Horrible experience

Don't ever eat there. My brother ate at their Emirates Mall branch and had sever food poisoning. And is admitted right now in hospital. Horrible! I will make sure to report this to the food authorities as soon as possible. If you look at other people's reviews then you will know.

We just ordered jalapeño bomberes just right now at the Mall of Emirates and what we found out a plastic inside, luckily my wife noticed it. Dont eat in this fast food chain very disappointed.

Had a small dinner at mall of Emirates Texas chicken outlet, staff at front desk is so ill mannered and uneducated we went of order to padam the guy at counter he straight said to us go to other counter, like if u are not taking orders then u should say politely, later when param refused to take my t other lady was laughed at me it was so embarrassing o was about to call tourism police about that biut I decided to stay calm after all we are not same like them, please educate the team if u want to safe your brand

Nice chicken, very soft and juicy.you can also have it crispy…with a variety of wraps, burgers and Fries…you would love it regardless of where you are from
