The worst courier services ever… i wait my items 3 days, every time you follow delivery each person different story and they will give you different timing also.i tried to call they're not answer, i message from Whatsapp, they can block even. They just waste your time on waiting for nothing.if you tried to call Operators, they never get back
3 months using TFM, and so far they were the best among the couriers companies (I changed 4 of them). Good reporting, no complains on scratches, mostly on-time.
This is the worst company to deal with. Our company has contracted them to collect cheques for us. On the process, they lost 3 cheques total worth AED473K! They took almost 1 month to investigate before they finally confess that they lost it and they took 2 months to provide the POLICE REPORT which was needed by our client to re-issue the cheques to us. We waited for a total of 3 months while our cheques were due after a month. We suffered 2months of money not being used because of their neglect and when finally all is done, our client charged us AED150 for the stop payment charges from their bank. We asked them only this to compensate for their negligence and they said NO! UNBELIEVABLE after all the hassle & inconvenience they have caused us. SO PLEASE, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Mr Usman Jilani did a good job to make sure to deliver it in a good condition to my door step although the security management of my company delayed it a bit he did a great job to coordinate between us and made sure everything was in order.
Very bad service Previously I informed about duty time. He told me give me location and I give him also location after that I'm waiting for 2 hours and he said more 10 min. I told him I'm already late.driver is talking very rudely. If you need this driver no. Then let me know.

I was a customer rather than a seller on the last service I had encountered with TFM Express, now that might not be the worst case scenario, and the products I was supposed to received were small, those are very important as those came from my supplier. Now why would I rate 3 star and not 5? It's because first of all, time is money for small business owners, though it may seem like a very trivial thing for many, for me it is not. Second, they promised delivery on same day before 6 pm and i confirmed that around 2pm in the afternoon. I waited until 6.30 and still no delivery. When I called, it was clearly said that the delivery will arrive before 6. When i updated again, it took many calls before it was answered and one time it was even closed even before I could speak. Now i do not know if that was deliberate or they are just really busy, but i'm kinda observing things because I was thinking of using the same courier service as well for my business. So the delivery guy finally called me around 7pm and told me he will not be delivering that day because his duty is until 5pm only. Why would they say it will be delivered before 6 even on their tracking? Was that a miscommunication or just plain negligence. I don't know. Was i disappointed? Kinda. For company improvement, you guys need to fix that since customers will rely on sharp communication.
Now I gave 3 stars because it's not that awful, my samples were delivered the next day at 11 in the morning in good condition and the courier is very nice and respectful even though I was a little grumpy. The people who received my call were respectful as well and that's a point since I have encountered worse. I hope the service will improve. With their affordable service, many entrepreneur will be ecstatic to know your company and I'll be one of them.
Will i recommend it? I think I would, when I try their service again and it's not a plop, then I would. Maybe my rating would change as well, only time can tell.
Worst company ever! The delivery guy doesn't ever call and keeps putting our order outside our villa every time during the peak heat hours and I have to physically carry them in the heat and while fasting in Ramadan. Will never order from them again through Amazon and will make sure everyone is aware of this.
Good customer service. The accoynt executive handling our shipments goes above and beyond my expectations. Delivery is very prompt unless ofcourse its too far. But overall excellent service.thank you Edith for taking care of all our shipping needs.
Have made complaint with Amazon already and would like to bring attention to this issue here as well. They are used as courier for Amazon for certain items and as the other reviewers have said, routinely lie about having made delivery. Everything else from Amazon arrives on time and with no issues but when TFM is involved, I know in advance I will not be getting the order. Atleast dont lie about having delivered order, you can say we were unable to deliver or whatever. Terrible delivery company. Lied about order once, Amazon issued replacement and then lied about it again the next day. Causing loss to the seller as well as Amazon and wasting time of buyers.
I don't know why Amazon use them as delivery partner. TFM delivered my items to somewhere else. That is too, TFM left the items outside house without knocking the door. And no one receives call from TFM. Such a pathetic experience.

The Customer Services, is not reliable been calling twice and answered by two different Lady Staff and they promised they will addressed my concerned but still they didn’t comeback to me I am waiting for my Refund for long Time (the Seller asked me if the courier collected my Items here with me) but no one came to collect and I spoke to two Staff who answered my calls but no action from their side it doesn’t mean that I already paid then you will not addressed my concern your customer service is so unprofessional you make false promises… I don’t need this product at least make a Refund and collect this Item here with me. I am requesting since August…now is already October still this item is here with me in my office, you guys at least be professional, you are so lousy I am giving you chances not to keep complaining but you did not do your work properly.to the Management you have 2 lazy and unprofessional staff in your company please call and contact me on my number check on your airway bill I will wait and if I won't be refunded I will keep posting bad reviews here. This company delivers a certain item for Amazon. In short, they routinely lie, don’t attempt to deliver or delivered damaged items (last delivery the box was wrapped in packing tape as they’d destroyed it). I have just received another notification for ‘attempted delivery’. I’m home. I live in a 24/7 portered hotel. They haven’t attempted delivery. I have lost count of the number of times this has happened.
I know Amazon is aware of the problems, as the last agent I spoke to confirmed they are compiling a case against them.

One of the worst delivery experiences ever. They update that the items are delivered and received by customer but in reality the items aren't delivered. This was an order from Amazon but assigned to these guys. Absolutely pathetic service and when you call them, they don't answer the line. Lets see if someone has at least the courtesy to respond and resolve this.

I’d like to write in short my experience with TFM.
I have encountered an attempt of fraud from one seller when he sent me fake item via TFM and I paid COD. Later on, when I figured it out I contacted TFM express and they were very supportive, staff and managers, and sided with the right side to combat the fraud. They held the amount and forced the seller, who was completely ignoring all my attempts to contact him, to settle down with me, return the item and get my money back. And that exactly what happened with TFM managment huge support.
However, in terms of delivery and timing; in both occasions it was next day delivery.
It’s recommended to have business with them. Peace of mind, professionalism, fast delivery.
They were supposed to deliver water One bottle got broken from the delivery man and even he knew it is broken he left to leak in from my apartment on the corridor carper to see 5 liter of water on the floor I called the delivery man to collect it back, he said that he will come buy never showed up I whats app the customer service in this horrible company but I got nothing
Nice, organized company, took full responsibility for delivering the items and will be dropped at door point. If you are an owner and want to diliver your things to your customer. Fully reliable service and as well as you can chose cash on dilivery option too. Im happy with there service. Very humble soft spoken staff, may be in past having issues but since i start doing business with them my clients are happy so, im happy

The worst 2nd experience ever. They kept you on waiting and when u call them the agent just ignore your call or speak rude. Everyday they wil give you a time for delivery and it might take you weeks to receive it. Please don't trust that company thats the worst shipping service.
Worst of the worst.driver keeps leaving packages worth over 500 AED on front door, No knocking, no calling. This goes strictly against Regulations. As i am emirati i have complained to government. I have been told they have too many complaints against them. Contacted amazon to be told again Toooo many complaints against them. And a pathetic we are sorry wont happen again reply isnt acceptable, as it has happened 7 times more since.
The same things happen with me today as other persone commented below 1 week ago. No call, no ring or knock the door, just left box from Amazone next to my door ️. All day was waiting till 10pm, contact Amazone with complain, after traking shows that it has been delivered at 3pm! Thanks to that comment below, just try my luck, opened door at 12am and found it there. If Amazone read it, please dont use this TFM again.
Poor quality of service. Don't deliver items. Don't answer the phone. Basically, I paid for an item online that I seriously think that I will not receive. Overall, useless.
This is the worst delivery company, baqala delivery system is one thousand better than them. I'm surprised that such company still exist in UAE and operate in Dubai. Seriously it tarnishes the image of the country.they should have authority audit and stop theyre activity
Very horrible experience. There are 3 contact numbers given for TFM express but there is no response, nobody picks up the call, also there is no proper information about the delivery details of the order. Pathetic Service. Dont know why so many numbers are available if there is no response from any numbers.

My Shipment reached UAE and they unable to deliver it for me! They delayed it and I received it after 2 weeks! Inaccurate dates and timings for shipping delivery!
I have three orders with them, till now I didn’t receive any one, They didn’t call me at all and the didn’t answer my calls, but app showed the problem was the costumer is not answering the (calls)!

No customer service, don't answer calls. If they do answer, they drop the call. Does not listen to the customer. Don't call you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. Worst delivery service I have dealt with. They actually should get zero stars as a rating.

Slow transactions, they don't even reply on your calls and they will once said they will call you back but they didn't. Why these company still exists! It should be minus 5. They call me once for delivery address when customer service didn’t know where is Abu Dhabi or any land mark they told me we will call you back. They call but only one time when I was away from my phone. Then they didn’t tried call me back. When i am calling they didn’t answer.

I placed an order yo be picked through wing as this is Amazon company, it's been two day and yes all yhe comments here are TRUE they never pick the line! I called over 40x times shown on the call long and didn't get any of them to be answered!
They had a contract with wing/amazon and they banned them guys, this is what I got to know, they are not working now, this is the worst company ever in UAE, they have many complaints and they are closed.
Our customers were complaining to us and it was a bad reviews to our company because of them anf delaying the pickup they never picked up the package and for sure it'll not be delivered in a week not 24hr to next day delivery. I wish you all the bad luck, to be permanently close because you really deserve it, you owner should be banned from here as well for opening a scam company and damaging other businesses reputation!
No customer services! I’ve called at least 20 times at different times of the day, no one answers. No way to write them an email. The one time I was answered, the lady was very rude all the time even on hanging up.worst delivery company anyone can deal with

Very rude and poor service wrt souq delivery. A rep called AB/ Ebby/Abby called me and said “we will delivery tomorrow ok! ” No explanation and no courtesy. He pretended to have an Arabic accent and was not trained at all to be speaking to humans. It’s a privilege to have a job and when people act this way it really shows the culture at the workplace is poor and without consequences. They should be moving to an app and not have direct communication with humans. If u get a call from (04) 294 3944 don’t pick up unless u like being ill treated.
