Thakkolam Restaurant, Karama - Dubai

So, Today i went for my lunch at this restaurant & belive me the order took 28mins to serve. I ordered fusion chatti chor and the price was also very high as compared to other similar restaurants in karama….the Food was very average with hardest chicken fry ever had. Customer service was very poor. No smile from staff, not even asking if we want something or no.they took order and came back after 28mins.My experience was bad overall.

Had Chutty Choru. First time i am hearing Chicken Chutty Choru, Beef Chutty Choru.separately. If u want Fusion of all it costs 28 AED. Seems like a higher price. Meals are also below average. The staff were nice.

I ordered beef kappa biriyani. There was only 2 pieces of beef in the entire kappa biriyani. Delivery was also too late.

Thakkolam was alwys my first option to have food from outside with homely experience and neat food! But, the service and the quality of food became very low! Today I had to wait morethan 30 minutes for the food and when we asked the reply I got is “ the kitchen did not recieved the order “. Lastly the food wasn’t great! Not stomach friendly!

Food was awesome and good. We have ordered puttuurumal, pazhampori beef kizhi and idiyappam beef kizhi. Amazingly tasted and excellent delivery speed also.

One of the most worst customer service ever had in dubai. Not recommended at all, they all are busy with nothing. Feel very disappointed and waste my time for nothing

Very bad experience. The service is very poor, the staffs are very rude and interested in serving customers. The food is below average.

Very bad food with bad service, they are very careless to take the order and making, At least they don’t the basis manners too.

This place food brings the authentic taste of Kerala seafood n pazham pori is served fresh whenever you want to eat.especially if you’re a sea food lover a must visit in Karama.

Had to wait for 10 minutes before we sat. Food was served in 20-25 minutes, we had some chatti chor beef, chicken and fish meals along with beef pazham pori. The food was average, very spicy, service pathetic, they took the order and seems forgot to get our 2nd chatti chor which was ordered earlier with everyone else. The fish meals was below par, was told by the order taker will be getting the fish curry pieces in a while but never came, NO Payasam or buttermilk was served, the busboy from UP came to check for refill when we had finished the meal. Won't recommend friends to dine neither go again.

Order chicken 65 + chicken curry + choice of bread but received two neck peace chicken fry small portion and value 23 if we order separately 2 porotta and a portion of curry is more worth 65 and chicken fry is the same as per the restaurant. Better to avoid order from online taste is good they have good cook atleast. Go and dine in if anyone again prefer

Ordered Friedrice combo which recieved cold and one of the combo item was spoiled.never prefer this restaurant and i will make sure that none of my friends or family members never prefer this restaurant!

I and my brother came to dine special sea food chatti choru, it was delicious and Thakollam has won our heart I would recommend everyone to have a dine experience with Thakollam.

Very bad experience. Staff are very rude and the customer service is too bad. Not worth going there. One staff even showed as this rude face when we were ordering second time. Not going to suggest anyone going there for sure.

The food was excellent and pleased our heart. Overall the restaurant atmosphere and interior works was superbb. We loved it
