We recently, used Thames Shipping for shifting my apartment. While the packing staff were very cooperative, supportive and hard working, after shifting we noticed many damages in our items. One of the main was a bar stool which was damaged and asked them for reparing or replacing. That started the nightmare for me chasing one Sunny, manager for shifting. He was really uncooperative and after one and a half months, I took back the stool with nothing done. I recommend people to think twice using their services.

Thames Shipping LLC is good! Last time we shipped our personal stuff, and it came right to my doorway in USA

The worst that you can ever find.
Unprofessional unethical company.
They moved our furniture, when the shifting was done we realise that a sofa is damaged and things are not in place.
Curtains ripped and fixed wrong.
I called their sales manager (Thomas) he promised he will pass by then he blocked my number.
He started giving excused after I called him from another number.
Their general manager didnt care at alll. A very lazy guy and ultimately rude.
All the likes you find at the bottom are by their own people to raise their rating. I am 100% sure
Be very careful! And just avoid this company

This is the WORST moving company we have used in Dubai. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
I packed most of the boxes myself, as we've had too many experiences of things being broken or lost in moves, but even with this precaution these men managed to.
1, DAMAGE THREE PIECES of FURNITURE, and just shrug their shoulders when we pointed this out,
2, Completely WRECK our WATER COOLER,
3, BREAK the LIGHT FITTING in our corner cabinet, and just leave it,
4, SCRAPE chunks of PAINT off the newly painted walls with their CARELESSNESS,
5, Stuff glass-fronted picture frames into a box with NO WRAPPINGS of any sort,
6, Remove CLEAN, white bed linen from its lightweight linen box, toss it into a DIRTY, pre-used packing box (which had previously been used for somebody's shoes), then pack the empty linen box in another dirty, pre-used box,
7, LEAVE the ENTIRE CONTENTS of ONE WARDROBE BEHIND, because they hadn't brought enough wardrobe boxes,
8, Try and charge us the full amount, omitting to deduct the deposit we had already paid.

And they completed their absolute LACK OF CARE by.
9, FAILING to come and pick up the emptied, flattened boxes after we'd finished unpacking them, despite this being part of THE SERVICE WE'D PAID FOR. We must have made a dozen phone calls each to this company. Most, they didn't bother to answer - presumably as they recognized our numbers. When they did they "assured us someone would come the next day". THEY NEVER BOTHERED.
